- DCDaniel CedenoAug 30, 20261.0Absolutely the worst Chipotle I have been to in 8 states. The rudest employees I have ever encountered. Starting with Montana the manager and Aj. A kid that seemed so lost, I don't know if he had any training. He had absolutely no customer service skills whatsoever. Starting with his greeting of What do you want? Then the manager Montana(at least that's what she said her name was but who knows) ready to argue with the customers and then threaten them with calling the police when all they wanted was their food prepared how they wanted. People walked out of this restaurant wanting never to return again. Then there was another employee which I didn't get her name was just as bad. I ended up driving to another Chipotle 4 miles away and told the manager there. They said they here it all the time about that location. I ask what is the District Manager doing about the condition thos store is in. I should have known something was wrong when I drove up and saw how empty it was. I thought it was closed. Never have I pulled up to a Chipotle at 3pm and saw it empty. If I was the District Manager I would fire each and every employee that was there today. I'd probably fire the District Manager as well for allowing it. Unacceptable on every level!!

This store was not helpful with assisting in how to go about canceling the order or getting management to step in to help. So we proceeded with the order and when it was time for pick up we still had to wait for the catering order to be prepared. There needs to be a better system in place for these situations.
