    I have visited this location several times and I will not go back again. The inside is dirty with overflowing trashcans and the food containers they make orders from are messy with food all over the place. The staff are not focused on customers and service is slow. Pickup orders are always missing something and they do not know how to direct customers through the Chipotlane. I sat behind 4 cars for 20mins only to find out that my food was ready, but the cars just sitting there had order times behind mine. This is the worst Chipotle in Winston Salem, highly do not recommend!

    This restaurant is the nastiest restaurant i have ever been in it looked like they had a food fightbehind the counter my bowl that I got had sour cream and other food particles all over the outside where they drug it across the counter thats how dirty it was I will never be back!!

    This Chipotle ALWAYS disappoints! They REGULARLY have the worst reviews and the owners NORMAL response to every complaint is “contact us, we can help.” I visited this location today. The store was filthy. Staff were back and forth outside and the chips in my order were not cooked. Please tell me how a store sells raw, undercooked chips? The owner needs to PRESENT IN PERSON or CLOSE THIS LOCATION before someone gets ill.

    I’ve given this Chipotle Mexican Grill location multiple chances, and it’s consistently disappointing. Almost every visit, they’re out of something or the staff comes across as rude and unhelpful. Today was especially frustrating. I placed a pickup order for a specific time, and when I arrived right on time, I was told my timing was wrong, even though my app clearly showed otherwise. Instead of addressing my order, the employee continued making other orders while the drive-thru and store were completely empty. I ended up waiting an additional 10 minutes for no clear reason. On top of that, the cleanliness is a major issue. The prep area near the drive-thru looked dirty, with food scraps and trash visible where food is being made. That’s unacceptable for any restaurant. Between the poor attitude, lack of organization, and cleanliness concerns, this location really needs improvement.

    [Long, grueling review] Why are we in an era that lacks customer service skills? How did owners continue to accept sub-par standards in the food business that directly impacts their franchise investment, when service declines. Especially, as restaurant managers and owners (not just team leads) service is vital to success. Moreover, There's no excuse for lack of sanitation at any given time (after a rush, or 2 hours before closing time). You represent a corporate brand and Chipotle is not a mom and pop restaurant name. With that said, I am reviewing with all of my 'hats on'; Certified American Culinary Federation Chef, ServSafe Instructor and Certified ServSafe Manager. --arrived at 730pm. I passed 3 other food options to finally CHOOSE this Chipotle. My blood sugar levels were getting low and I anticipated an enjoyable fresh Sofritas bowl for dinner (after work and some gym time). The place was dirty (see videos). It was not busy at all (2 tables seated, 2 people ahead of me, and no one behind me). All 3 people on the line stood with a staunch expression and their resting face was at a mere smirk! Not one person had a towel in their hand to wipe, nor verbally talk you through the line with a welcome or how can I help you; until I started recording. The air was thick and the spirit was bad energy on the first kid at the line. Maybe the manager had chewed them all out!! Employees on the front line were holding their mouth so tight that I had to make a forced stop and say, "how are yall doing? Is everything OK? What happened in here before I came? This is my friends first time ever eating at a Chipotle. This is my first time at this location. Yall haven't spoken to the guys ahead of us and not even to me. Do not fix my food. Let her do it (the young lady on the line next to the first guy). " -- then the cashier perked up!! He acknowledged my friends 1st time because he saw that the first 2 staff IGNORED his questions about the different salsa and toppings. Thankfully the cashier explained how the drinks in the cold case were priced, since my friend didn't see the actual coke fountain. I get to the cashier, acknowledging him for finally engaging us as customers. When the manager brings the onions and peppers fresh to the line. I step back to say, "Oh thanks!! That's what I was needing!" - not 1 word or eye contact. He literally dropped the pan very hard into the space and walked off! No kitchen commands! No regard for hot pan safety coming to the staff on the front line (hot! Behind! Reaching in!") Only to have the fresh onions and peppers destroyed by watery sour cream. No way it was holding at proper temp!!!!! It was watery!!! Too late I couldn't change. At this point my head was hurting. My pressure was up. And this bowl was all I had for dinner. Finally I get around the corner and looked at the drink station. No words needed. Look at the video. The entire machine was WARM!!!! I had to share 3 sips of my friends water. Only for a table of 3 girls to be sitting at a table and they ask about our experience. The worst case of cognitive dissonance ensued!!! Turning every excuse in the book when I warned her,"no you don't want to hear my experience. " she spoiled the rest of my dinner by disrespectful interrogation after I stated my credentials, referring to me as Queen. I told her my name and she persisted. I had time! But sadly it is at the expense of this review 😕 whoever the manager was, he never came out. This review , my receipt, and videos are going to the health department, and corporate, their social media and YELP!! Reviews.
