  Dirtiest location I’ve ever been to with the rudest staff possible. They were out of pretty much everything on the line, were refilling bins of food without gloves, had the inside trash so full it was spilling out of the bins, every single item was empty at the napkin area, and when asked for napkins they acted like they were offended we were even asking.

  Staff is shockingly rude. There was no chicken or steak when we arrived. When asked about the food the line prep left the line yelling about how rude the customers were. Then there were no napkins. When i asked for them the employee (who refused to give her name) told me it was rude to ask her for napkins. THEN the manager came out and offered no apologies and simply told me to have a nice day. If I hadn’t already paid, I would’ve left the food on the counter. Atrocious service.

  Chipotle-Hanes Mall Blvd First time giving Chipotle a bad rating. The restaurant-the tables weren’t wiped off and we found food on the table and in booth seat. The woman’s bathroom had a leak in the ceiling that caused slippery conditions on the floor. The food-was good, new honey chicken was delicious. Potions smaller than I’ve ever gotten and when we arrived at the checkout, cashier was on her phone. Not the normal standard I’ve come to expect from Chipotle. Maybe it was just a manic Monday. Hopefully, service gets back to what it should be. I’m by no means boycotting Chipotle, but will most likely go the other locations in Winston Salem and Kernersville.

  Had a buy one get one deal that brought me in, and honestly it was a solid experience. I don’t eat Chipotle too often personally since it tends to make my stomach bloat, but food is food and it tasted great. Portion sizes were more than enough. The highlight though was the customer service. By the time I got there our meals were gone, whether someone took them on purpose or by accident. Without any hassle a staff member remade both of our meals on the spot. That kind of service goes a long way and really made the experience a great one overall.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

  All the Chipotles in Winston Salem are going down hill. I went to the Hanes Mall location because Peter’s Creek has really gone downhill. Well, so has Hanes Mall. I stood in line for about 20 minutes not because it was busy or understaffed but because they were so disorganized. Even though they have huge signs that say Chicken Pastor, when I went to order she said they no longer serve it at this location. I literally would have left if I knew that but I was starving. But then they were out of everything except pork and tofu. I got tofu. They were out of brown rice so I got white. Out of pico. I ordered chips and queso. The bag of chips had literally 14 chips inside. That’s it. The queso was cold and clumpy. No ice in the drink machine. 2:00 on a Saturday, come on!
