- LWLauren W5 days ago1.0Lazy Susan at the register was rude and holding up the whole line. The employees making the orders did it faster than she was checking people out. That’s unreasonable. She did everything but her job. Waited 20 minutes for our food, at a “fast food” restaurant. I’m not one to leave reviews but Susan was beyond ridiculous to just be checking out customers. Do not recommend coming here if she is working.
- BBBell6 days ago5.0employees are always kind even if you’re coming in super late. I typically work later shifts and can only really make it to chipotle about 20 to 30 minutes before they close and I always have excellent service and excellent food portions!

Served us old food that tasted like it had been sitting out since sunrise 🤢. To make matters worse, the person who took and prepared the order had THEE NASTIEST ATTITUDE I have seen in a while. I get it people have bad days, but we did nothing to her for her to be acting this way. The cherry on top was her preceeding to not scan our points and kept repeating we just need to upload it at a later time. For a $30 meal, we could have went ANYWHERE & had better service and food. I’m not sure if her name was Yuridia, but that’s what’s the ticket says. Again, find another chipotle or just eat somewhere else completely!

- TWTreyvon WebbAug 8, 20261.0Easily the most poorly managed chipotle I’ve ever been to. I am not entirely sure, but from the looks of it, there’s two employees who don’t assist up front at all. They leave 1 young lady to make all the food and ring everyone up. The young lady who does that is phenomenal. I have been to this location 3 times and each time have aired 20 plus minutes until I can even put in an order. There is a difference increased customer flow, and just a genuinely disorganized or non efficient staffing team.
