- MWMatt and Brynn WelhafApr 18, 20261.0This is by far the worst Chick-fil-A in Winston. I have a rare allergy to lettuce, but I really enjoy the grilled cool wrap. I always ask them to take the lettuce/cabbage off, and I have never had an issue in literally a decade of ordering it. This was the first time I ordered the wrap at this particular location, and they down right refused to make it without the lettuce/cabbage. Their executive director, Jonathan, even told me that every single location I’ve been to that accommodates my allergy is breaking a rule. I’m honestly still shocked by this experience. I understand it can be challenging to accommodate everyone, but it is not an unreasonable or difficult request (especially since I’ve had it made this way dozens of times at other locations). I’ve very rarely ever had an unpleasant experience at any Chick-fil-A, but this was humiliating, disappointing, and absolutely discriminatory.

I ordered something small to eat, but asked for an extra bowl because my husband was with me and I could make him a small serving only to be told "We don't give out extra bowls at this location." while my food is brought to my table. I then say I will purchase it then, and the girl just ignored me and walked away which made really disappointed too. It gave the whole place a bad vibe afterwards to be honest while we ate. The decor was fine but I gave 3 star because honestly it felt like they gave more room for a line to order then space for a dining room. I pass this location multiple times a week but I think I'll opt out for a bit and stick to the locations I know.

I showed him the hair and instead of offer fresh hair free food, he thanked me for telling him and walked away.
