  Had a great experience at Cava today. The food was fresh, flavorful, and made exactly how I wanted it. Everything tasted amazing and the restaurant was clean and welcoming. Sophia provided excellent customer service from start to finish — she was friendly, patient, and made sure everything was perfect with my order. You can tell she truly cares about the customers. Definitely one of the best experiences I’ve had and I’ll absolutely be coming back!

  I had such a great experience at CAVA! The girl at the register with the curly hair was so pretty and incredibly kind. She had such a welcoming attitude and made the whole experience even better with her sweet personality and great customer service. It’s always nice being greeted by someone who genuinely seems happy to help. Definitely made my visit memorable!

  It's not enough that they always are the most miserable, rude and unhappy people. But now the food isn't as Good. I love cava so much but the Winston one is the worst. Not giving me the tzatziki sauce that I asked for is just the icing on the cake with the bad service and below average food. I don't like to be this person but it's too many bad times at this point and I hope it gets better.where are yall finding the same type of miserable people?

  First and last time trying this restaurant. The service line was very messy, and all the meats looked like they had been sitting there for hours. The staff were all young people who didn't seem to care, nor did they engage with customers. The bowls left us feeling gross after eating due to low-quality food and excessive sauce. We ordered the create-your-own bowls and paid extra for steak and lamb. Both were dry and tasteless. We threw out most of our meals after paying over $40 for 2 drinks and 2 bowls. We will stick with Yamas and other comparable restaurants that actually give a crap and offer consistent, actually healthy meals.

  I frequently visit Cava for a quick healthy bite for lunch. I always have leftovers which is a plus! (And I eat a lot! Lol) The glazed salmon is always so fresh and perfectly cooked in my opinion. The servers there are phenomenal and are always so kind and generous. Big shout out to Tera who always seems to be the one to serve me, she is always so welcoming and friendly, as are all of the servers who work there. When I was having a kinda low day, they randomly treated me with lunch on the house and while I can’t guarantee that they will do that for you, I do highly recommend supporting this business and the wonderful people who work there! :)
