Great customer service the best we have had in months. The extra effort really made our day and the food was phenomenal. Definitely going to visit this location more often now.

I couldn't believe what I witnessed so I left and called the manager. Having gave them the details they told me it was a trainable experience and made it seem like it was no big deal.

I'll give it another try sometime and update accordingly. The atmosphere was rather dark and bland and noisy, but I wasn't dining in so it didn't matter. It felt very 'chain restaurant' though.
