  Wait in line 20 mins, compile the perfect ingredients for my bowl, then I receive the update that you guys have no Greek vinaigrette available. First it will be a 20 min wait, then I'm told that it might be longer than 20 mins depending on how soon someone can start it. 🤯😭😣 The bowl is nice and all but nothin without the dressing 🤦🏾‍♀️

  Ordered through the CAVA website and was disappointed with our experience. Most of the items were missing several ingredients, including the fire-roasted corn, Persian cucumbers, and pickled onions. These are key toppings that help make the bowls what they are, so the meals were not as expected. I understand that restaurants can run out of ingredients, but it would have been nice if someone from the store had reached out before preparing the order so we could choose substitutions or decide how to proceed. Better communication would have gone a long way. Hopefully this was just an isolated issue, but it was frustrating to receive an order that was missing so many advertised ingredients.

  The food is great, but the online orders are ALWAYS late, sometimes by fifteen minutes or more. I order ahead of time so I can pick it up and get back to work, but it's still never ready. Today I ordered for a 12:00 pickup, I got the text that the order was ready at 12:05, but they actually finished my orderat 12:18. So plan for that.

  I didn’t know about cava until this lady Elizabeth who I met at Ross told me she worked there so I went to try it out and Elizabeth took my order and I got a bowl and when I took the first bite I was shocked I’ve never tasted something like that in my life it was a 10/10 I highly recommend cava because of Elizabeth 👍

  I can’t express enough how grateful I am with with this Cava location but most definitely with Kimberly as she greeted and attended me with so much gratitude and respect , I waited for my steak to finish and she took her time offering me water and making sure I was doing fine, if their was a 10 star she would 100 percent had it . Thank you Cava and thank you Mrs. Kimberly 👍
