  I always have consistently great food here and the salmon is the best restaurant salmon I’ve had - perfectly cooked every time. But the best part is the service. Ryan is friendly and attentive and he always goes above and beyond to make sure I have a great experience!

  I don’t usually write reviews, but our Mother’s Day experience at Carrabba’s on Stratford Rd was so wonderful I just had to share. My son and I decided to sit at the bar since it was a busy holiday, and we are so glad we did! Chelsea and Neil were absolute superstars. Even though they were running like crazy, they never missed a beat and took excellent care of us. Neil kept the drinks flowing and Chelsea made sure we had everything we needed. While the kitchen was busy and the food took a little while, it was well worth the wait—everything was delicious. I was hesitant about going out on Mother’s Day, but this team made it a perfect celebration!

  Came in on Mother’s Day and got sat in the bar area. A gentleman came up and introduced himself and said that he and the other bartender (I can’t remember their names) would be taking care of us. Service was excellent they both checked on us the perfect amount of times, glasses always full the food was delicious. Thank you for making my mom’s day so special!

  I placed an order through the app for delivery, somehow my address got messed up and when I was contacted by DoorDash I gave them my correct address and then I was immediately notified that my order was delivered when it was not. That is not the restaurants fault, however when I called to see what could be done either about my $60 or atleast resending it the girl on the phone was rude, took my name and number and then said thanks and just hung up so I called back and asked what was going to happen and she snapped that she was just going to get her manager. I’ve been on hold for 5 minutes now. I’m no Karen, I work in the industry but this is just poor customer service all around.

  Terrible service. We were seated at a table with a dirty glass still on it. Waited over 10 minutes with no service. Spoke with a waitress who was passing by. She said she would take care of us but after another 10 minutes not even a glass of water was brought to us.
