  We left because Carlos was unprofessional. Maybe retrain him to tell him not to have an opinion or reaction about what people order.

  Traveling for work from out of town. Walk distance from hotel. We eent there Wednesday had a few drinks. Fast & Efficient. Went tonight Thursday. Sit down at least 6 server walk by us at least 10 times. After 15 minutes ask to get wait on. Another 5 minutes went by. Someone came over this section close. Move us to a dirty table, wait few more minutes. Then we all left. Very disappointing!!!

  Very disappointing experience, we were excited to try food here since we’ve never been. Started off with such a nice host and soon as we try to order our food my waitress is going back and forth with me about what sauce I asked on my wings bc she didn’t think I’d like them and be too hot, I’ve never met this women?? I said I wanted them original buffalo again like I had said to begin with and had to point to her in the menu it was listed as an option itself. Finally after feeling judged by the way she looking at me and already like she thinks ima send my food back regardless. Either way our food comes out great didn’t have to wait long, the burger was great, sides great, wing flavor def could’ve had them hotter but the flavor tasted like a Texas Pete base instead of my idea or original buffalo, wasn’t hot, and very chewy but I still ate like 4 pcs knowing she was gon say something and I felt awkward already. She didn’t check on us at all until my husband finished his food and asked if the wings were too hot and all I told her was they were a lil chewy but we’re fine but then proceeded to not ask if we wanted desserts, anything Togo, the check. We waited about 5 min on a check since she knew we’re done but she was disappeared in the kitchen. I pushed my gift card and a tip for her sticking out table under a cup. We slowly walked out but she ran to our table and I know well she saw the money bc she went to that side of the table and then had the audacity to run out the door saying we didn’t pay. I’ve been a server for 5 years and this was just a very bad experience all around. She still got tipped over 20% is the kicker….

  First time eating here and wont return. There was a 50 minute wait which is no big deal on a saturday at 5pm. As a table of four, we ordered the unlimited appetizers deal (we chose fried pickles and the queso with chips). we ordered our food and the apps at the same time. The appetizers arrived with the food. After we were halfway finished with our meal, we ordered another round of appetizers because we had finished the apps on the table, but this time we decided on two orders of the queso and chips. After 15-20 minutes of waiting for the apps we decided we had waited long enough (we had been there an hour already) and most of us had finished our main meals. The apps arrive and the waitress was ready to put them on the table but we asked if we could just get them to go and she had no issue with that and took them to the back. After 5 minutes I assume it was a manager, approached our table and told us that we could not get a box to take the appetizers with us because it was a promotional deal and was against their policy. he also stated it was explained on the menu. I personally did not see that displayed in writing so I cannot say it wasnt. However, we were still willing to eat the appetizers at the table, and as they were already made we assumed they would bring them back. They did not. I assume they threw them in the trash. We paid our bill and left. I cannot stress enough how excellent the waitress was. absolutely stellar service from her, but to throw away good food instead of allowing someone to take it home is INSANE. all we wanted was a box. lol.
