- NHNKenya HJul 30, 20261.0I usually frequently this location for breakfast. I tried dinner and was very disappointed. They didn't any Bo bites and it was a 15 min wait on chicken. So, I ordered the 4pc supreme combo with bo rounds and a sweet tea. After paying I was asked to pull up to the door while I wait on fresh bo rouds to be made. The vehicle behind me pulled up into a parking space to wait on their food. After 8 minutes a crew member came out with a bag of food for the vehicle that ordered after me. When he walked passed me he stated that my food would be coming out next and they were waiting on my bo rounds. So I waited an additional 5 minutes before I went inside and requested to be refunded. The inside of the store was disgusting. Trashcan was overflowing, food on the floors and tables, and the food on the line looked old and dried out. I can only imagine what the kitchen looked like if tge front of the house was that dirty. The manager refunded my money with no apology or explanation. This location was recently renovated but the staff needs to be trained or replaced. It shouldn't have taken 15 minutes to get anything from this "not-so fast" food restaurant. I will not be returning.

It cuts you off from finishing your order, is terrible at recognizing additions like jelly, and you have to say the EXACT product name or it'll get your order wrong. If you're going to implement AI to take orders, at least use something halfway decent.

The employee Micah hand us the bag with 5 fries in there and said oh that’s how they come we asked for fresh fries we get told no that’s how they come so we asked for a refund and the employee made smart comments and the other employee behind him didn’t even know what he was doing he took the fries and starting eating back out the bag so from my understanding I would never eat at this location again if the employees are going to eat the food and pass it out to customers!!
