My husband went in before me and the girl yelled at him that the bathroom was for customers only and was really rude about it. We were gonna get food there but with that kind of person working there, I wouldn't touch their food EVER. Went to taco bell across the road and they were super kind. This was on May 15th, 2026 at 3:36pm. I will NEVER come back if thats how their employees are going to treat PAYING customers!

- LLLemApr 28, 20261.0it is very sad to remodel the store and the employees still have the same sorry attitudes, lack of professionalism and work ethics. The store empty and drive thru wrapped around building. So i go in to order and nothing was ready. A simple chicken supreme combo... Manager having words with the staff as to why food wasnt ready and staff arguing back. NO PROFESSIONALISM AT ALL. Customer service out the window.. I asked for a refund after waiting 15 minutes and walked out. Drove to the other side of town to get my meal. Ridiculous

Half the tables and chairs are missing. Doesn't their corporation require owners to do meet certain standards of their brand? The good is ok, but not of expected Bojangles quality, and we have eaten at quite a few locations in our travels for the past 35 years.
