My daughter picked a couple meals today. I couldn’t believe the quality of my chicken, very dark and extra crunchy as if it was cooked yesterday,re-dropped at lunch and dropped again at dinner.

“All day breakfast” is a lie. It’s more like all day BISCUITS. If someone wants to order a biscuit meal after 11AM on DoorDash/Uber Eats, they cannot get Bo-rounds. Only the lunch/dinner sides. But that means the only breakfast items that are served all day are biscuits or the limited time item Bo-rito. For whatever reason, DoorDash AND Bojangles’ app do not have an option for an ‘Egg Biscuit’ or ‘Egg Biscuit Meal’. There’s only ‘Egg & CHEESE’, and you have to request no cheese to this order if you want a standard egg biscuit. The employees do not read, or are being rushed in the kitchen to the point where they don’t have time to read diligently. Management must be poor, because breakfast lunch and dinner are the same time every day. Yet they’re rarely prepared for it. I even got familiar with a manager or supervisor for a brief time because I repeatedly called to confirm no cheese on the egg biscuit(s) I ordered. Guess what? They were still incorrect most of the time, even after he promised to check or watch over the egg biscuits being made. One time he made the egg biscuits for me, then forgot the drink for my order. Multiple times he offered a free egg biscuit if I could make it over there, but I couldn’t. He said he’d put an extra egg biscuit in. I think he attempted to remedy the situation the best he could, but he forgot the extra egg biscuit but gave extra drinks the next time I ordered. I’m grateful for the attempt but it’s ridiculous how this place is poorly managed. And yet it’s still one of the better Bojangles in Winston… Last night, another customer tried to place an online order for an egg biscuit meal. But because it was 9:20PM the order got cancelled 7 minutes later. Which ensured she couldn’t redo the order in time OR order from anywhere else quickly! Why advertise all day breakfast when you aren’t prepared to make breakfast all day? I give grace for this instance only because the power was out in this neighborhood and there were likely an influx of orders. This situation isn’t the only reason I’m writing this review, though. I still wanted to include it because it should’ve been cancelled WAY sooner. Within 2-3 minutes at LEAST. If I had a vehicle, I probably wouldn’t be writing this review. But I cannot come to the store to get a refund, replacement, or my missing items. Please double/triple check online orders. It’s not like we’re lazy and ordering online for fun. Many people are disabled, don’t have a car, or are working from home. If I could come in I would, because I don’t like paying the $7 flat delivery fee on the app, or bogus DoorDash fees. And delivery drivers do NOT always get missing items, and they are not obligated to do so when it’s the store’s fault.

Best Bojangles in town, food is always cooked the way the stores were when they first opened. Bravo
