  They were out of rice, ok. They only had wings and breasts for the 8 piece family meal. Ok. But they almost didn't give me the kids meal I ordered. I had to ask for it. They forgot my kids drink. I asked for honey mustard. They said it was $0.40ish so I gave them a dollar. No change. They didn't give me the mashed potatoes I ordered. They looked genuinely unpleased to have customers. I understand mistakes happen in fast food, but this was excessive. Won't be back.

  We went to this location for the first time ever (and the last)and no one even acknowledged that we were there. We stood at the counter for five minutes and the workers looked at us and never said one word. We left and had a nice dinner somewhere else. Terrible customer service!

  This store is poorly managed. They’re basically running shifts with the least amount of employees possible. 8 cars in drive thru, 6 customers in store. Only 3-4 associates. Two of those associates are stationed

  How do they always run out of chicken when it's basically the only thing they sell? Ordered an 8 piece meal and got pulled over....after I paid for it. I was told it would be a 9 minute wait. Lost track of time listening to an audio book but when I looked at the clock I had been waiting 28 minutes. I go inside to get my food and they were packing my bag. Which told me that they forgot they pulled me over and either heard or saw me getting out of my car. Good thing I checked the bag. I was missing a whole box of supremes and the BBQ sauce I paid for. And the cashier had the audacity to try to give me less than I paid for. The box of food and my sweet tea were luke warm. The chicken was horrible and the fries were worse than that. There bo-bites were over cooked or recooked, they cut my gums up eating one. Disappointed would be putting it mildly. I'm pretty much done with Bojangles after that foolishness..... Booooo!!! Y'all should be ashamed!!!

  Waited over 20 minutes for chicken that "just dropped" with 3 other cars pulled over to the side waiting, I guess because someone in front of me had a big order. Saw drive through customers after me get their order first. The AI ordering experience is strange but sadly better than the usual human one, the order was correct. I would think better tech offered today would make the voice sound more natural, though.
