  I know Its not the best thing on my part to show up 15 minutes before closing, that being said if your business hours are till 9pm that is how long you serve customers till. To walk in and see that everything is being put away and the employees saying they have shut everything down is unacceptable. I walked 10 blocks to get to the location just to be told that even though they were open everything was shut down. If you are the manager of this location and you have scheduled everyone to be off at 9 because that is when the store closes that is poor management. If you close at 9 you serve till 9. If your employees have to stay longer for clean-up thats a part of the job.

  I ordered a Greek Gyro. Lettuce was cold and still had ice on it. I didn’t have time to get it remade. I mentioned it to the cashier and he seemed indifferent about my small complaint. I probably won’t be back and it was my first time.

  I’ve had issues at this location multiple times recently with messed up and lazy orders, from ignoring add-ons to charging for extra ingredients. Every single time there is an issue it is the same young woman in glasses who’s there and makes my orders, even arguing with me the last time and saying there were no issues. Within the last few months, there has been an issue with the food she’s made nearly every single time I’ve come in. As you can see from the pictures, there’s no computer issue that didn’t show the ingredients, and yet there’s nothing on it. I cannot describe how disappointing this is when all I ask for is a few vegetables added to my sandwich and I can’t even get a bit of sauce.
