    Just tried to get lunch here - what a wild experience. Placed an online order for pick up for my guys at the shop. 5 burgers and some sides, $81. My guy got back and 3 out of 5 burgers were wrong. I called and the manager said she’d rectify. Send a guy back out (mind you this is all time eating into our lunches) and he waits for at least 40 min to have sandwiches re-made. Is there no priority for food correction? His fries are cold at the shop now. We’re running out of time so he comes back with the burgers and it’s STILL wrong. Granted, he didn’t check - but he didn’t have time to see if something was wrong then wait longer. Tried calling the location again to no avail. Burgers were ok, definitely not worth the hassle. I would recommend the employees actually check the orders, especially in a situation where the first order was wrong. Definitely not returning here which is a shame, we order lunch out once a week for everyone.

    I love trying new places especially burger places. But overall I won't even visit again sadly. Order took over 30 minutes, for smash burgers is very slow. Got the double bacon burger with fries and a milkshake. The burger was average but something that took 30 minutes to prepare felt like a let down. The worker preparing the milkshake seemed confused, they were making 2 and was second guessing who's was who's. But I will say the fries were very tasty. But for the fries to be the best part of a 30 minutes wait, pretty upsetting. The restaurant itself looks great and feels classic. If you don't mind the wait then by all means but for 30 minutes spending just under $25 for "OK" food, pass.

    I don't like leaving bad reviews . My hopes are that management will see this and make adjustments . By the looks on the few faces that were in the dinning room we were not the only ones having this experience. As one couple left as we were waiting on our food they told us good luck . Me and my family visited this past week 4/19/26 . Upon first arrival we were not greeted by the server ( Tashana) , but rather it seemed we had inconvenienced the young lady by showing up. With her hand on her hip and eye rolling she reluctantly took our order... after standing by the fryer for a minute first before coming over and staring at us from behind the register ( I assume that means we can order now as she didn't say a word) . After we all ordered I still smiled at her and told her thank you , and she just turned and walked away . We placed our order ticket #913506687 @ 3:06 pm . My wife received her order at 3:35 ! 30 minutes. Our server again dropped off that order with sass , and no response again as we said thanks. But wait a minute , where's the rest of our food? There was 5 of us and only 1 order came out . We waited another 12 minutes ! My wife was nearly done eating when we received our food (they were not busy at all !) before we got ours 45 minutes after ordering. Later my son went to the counter and asked for a cup of hot sauce and was told they don't have that , and I know we've gotten some before in the past. The food was pretty good actually , but the service was so poor and rude I could barely wait to get out. I would have spoke to a manager but clearly not one in sight , just 3 teenagers running the ship . Typically this type of behavior stems down from poor management of the team and thier expectations of their employees, and this is usually a sign of "the beginning of the end" aka the bussiness is going under. I dont wish that for them and hope they see this and turn things around. Customer service should be prioritized over all in any bussiness, but being rude on top of that is unacceptable.... especially when spending $75.00 on lunch ! I don’t plan on returning anytime soon.
