  The reason why I gave 2 stars. It's because the atmosphere plus customer service. Is bad young people who really don't care.

  Avoid this place at all costs on a Sunday cause they ain't shit. During the week the staff is pretty good but the weekend , especially Sunday they could give a damn about customers. For starters I sat in the drive through for what felt like forever. No , hi can you hold on for a second, no answer to me enquiring if they were there. I drive around worker is talking to someone in a truck just chatting head set on. Clearly didn't give a damn from what I can tell, same as the week before no answer in drive through. Drove around dude on his phone talking to someone sitting outside, maybe he was on break, ok. But where are the other people , neither weekend was particularly busy so it was just a lack of care. Again during the week , great service attentive friendly servers, lines keep moving at a good clip even when busy as hell. Weekends none of that. We get to you when we feel like it.

  Just sat in the drive thru for 10 minutes and got no response- not even a hello we will be with you in a minute! Do better or close!

  How can you all send food out that is not correct! If someone orders a burger and you give them two pieces of bread with no meat, did you provide quality service, I would say no! And yes this is 100% a true story, sad!

  I came to get a sonic blast with Reece’s and cookie dough. My boyfriend also ordered and item and the worker repeated the item back but never added it to the order. I dig in to my sonic blast and it taste like Greek yogurt for some reason. After doing some research it can either be due to the fact of poor cleanliness of the machine or because they let the product curdle. I will not be coming back for shakes in the future. Just nasty.
