  Service could be better, but got my food within 3 minutes. Burger patties too salty. Dining area not 24 hours as advertised.

  WARNING: DO NOT EAT HERE. We stopped on a road trip for a quick bite around 9:30pm on May 7. The dining room was empty so the voices of the workers yelling profanity at each other was clearly audible. The yelling did not stop for our whole visit. It seemed the staff were having a verbal fight among each other. One worker wearing a large curly orange wig did not have her hair pulled back and was handling food and bagged orders. My husband’s burger was uncooked and pink in the middle. The fries were cold and chewy. When we received the remade burger, it was overcooked like an old shoe like they did it to spite us since we’d already asked for fresh fries. The men’s bathroom was filthy, with urine all over the floor, no soap, and no paper towels. I shudder to wonder if the men working in the kitchen had their hands washed when they prepared our food. This is the worst McDonalds I’ve visited in a long time. The trashy behavior and poor cleanliness reflects badly on the brand and on Wilson as a city. Do better.

  We showed up a few minutes after their “dining room” hours on the door said they opened & doors were locked. Three employees were sitting outside on curb with their speaker playing just hanging out. I asked if they were about to unlock & was told “no. We’re running behind”. Not opening on time & having employees hanging out with their own speaker playing isn’t a good luck for customer service.
