    Parking lot/drive thru is very confusing and tight. Ordered a hot drink and cold, the hot tasted like hot milk with syrup no coffee flavor (golden eagle) the blended was an ice sugar water. The banana bread is dyed pound cake with banana extract. Leaves a film in your mouth. The service was slow (only 3 cars total) and the staff was unpleasant and seemed annoyed. Hopefully in time the coffee will taste better as those machines looked like aloe to work with

    We love dutch and go to it all the time but this location is by far the absolute slowest service we have ever experienced. The guy at the counter spent way too long talking to the customers. He hung out half way through the window and talking instead of making drinks. it took us 30 minutes to make it through the line with 5 cars in front of us which is ridiculous

    Listen, as someone from the West Coast, I love Dutch Bros so much. However, if I get another Dino Egg Rebel drink with the unicorn blood FLOAT put on the bottom of the drink instead of a FLOAT I'm going to loose my mind. I've ordered this drink at least 10 times since this location opened and I kid you not 7 out of the 10 times the unicorn blood was put on the bottom. Call me a Karen if you want but it literally makes the drink. Still love you dutch bros but y'all have got to fix this asap because clearly customer service doesn't let y'all know anything.

    Stopped here on my birthday weekend and the barista who took my order made the whole thing feel so personal. He chatted with me about birthdays, introduced me to the new trainee and recommended a drink that was perfect. Friendly, warm and welcoming. It made my day. Sorry I didn't get his name (his birthday is in September too if that helps)

    We LOVE Dutch Bros. We have had it across the country from vacations in Colorado to Indiana to now our home of NC. We were so excited one opened in Wilson until we went. We’ve been twice and the service, but more importantly the drinks were awful. Today, I told the girl my chai tasted like milk only and asked her to remake the drink. Instead she dumped some pumps of chai in a new cup. The cup I had was full so I asked for a larger cup with ice to mix the 2 since she didn’t remake my drink as I asked. It still tasted like straight milk. My wife’s snickerdoodle latte tasted like burnt coffee only. Needless to say, Wilson has ruined Dutch Bros for me. I’ll spend my $14 elsewhere next time.
