- BSBrittany Shelters1 day ago1.0We waited in the drive thru for literally 45 minutes for them to literally ask me to pull up and wait for our 2 drinks. We asked her what was taking so long and she said they only had 2 people. Need to shut the building down if you only have 2 staff and it takes an hour to get 2 drinks.

Also was just given a drink tray and told her I didn’t need it after taking my drinks out and the lady goes “you can keep it” I go “I don’t want to keep it” like another thing to have to throw away in my car and she just looks at me and turned and walked away and didn’t say anything. I left it on the drive through counter. Like wow!

The sticker seals placed over the straw opening are extremely difficult to remove cleanly and often tear, leaving behind bits of paper directly where the straw needs to go. This creates an inconvenient and somewhat unsanitary experience. While I understand the intent behind using seals, the current design makes it frustrating for customers. Improving the quality or placement of these stickers would greatly enhance the overall experience.

Wont be back and will be getting s refund, my coffee was disgusting after waiting all that time. Disappointed as this is an easily fixable issue with proper management.
