No matter what time of day it is, they never have chocolate ice cream.

Sometimes things can have unintended consequences. For example, tonight (7/19) I walked into this Dairy Queen around 7:30 pm, but I was told I had to go to the drive-thru. It was raining like crazy outside, and they told me I had to go back get in my car and then go to the drive-thru. They were two ladies behind the counter, and one other employee was sitting on his butt looking at his phone. Basically they seemed to be fully staffed. I chose to go elsewhere so I looked up "ice cream near me" on Google Maps. That lead me to Simply Natural Creamery down the street at the Brentwood shopping center. Simply Natural had great REAL ice cream. Out of curiosity I went to the Dairy Queen website and found that they sell something they call "soft serve." It seems like everything is "soft serve." What the hell is "soft serve?!" If it were ice cream they would probably just say "ice cream," but I couldn't find "ice cream" anywhere on the website so what the hell are they selling? I thought for sure that the Dilly Bars were made out of honest-to-god ice cream but, nope, it says they're made of "creamy DQ® vanilla soft serve dipped in our crunchy cone coating." Now I'm wondering what the hell is "crunchy cone coating?" It looks like chocolate, but if it were actual chocolate it would say it. Yeech! No more Dairy Queen for me! All this because some possibly lazy employees did want to serve me in the restaurant. So, West Nash Dairy Queen, thanks for helping me find a great place to get REAL ice cream in Wilson.

I called last minute to get a cake for my son. The young lady was amazing. I forgot to grab her name, but the receipt said Shaquana! Thank you for your help!

Absolutely the worst customer service! Rude to everyone had to ask them what order they put on the counter and got looked at like I was an idiot or causing problems there was more people in then just us. She didn’t even put a lid on our ice cream just sat it on the counter with people walking by.They are rude and horrible service from placing the order all the way to getting our order. This is not the first time with horrible customer service at this location and I would give no star if I could

Terrible customer service. Wouldn’t give us what we wanted and refused to budge even though we have had good service with this specific request before. Took 5 minutes for her to even speak to us to take out order. Once we got to the window she wouldn’t say a word and I sat outside of the window waiting for a spoon and she took her time and just let us sit there and once again didn’t speak just handed me the spoon and slammed the glass shut quickly again. And on top of all of this, the ice cream tasted spoiled. There was cookie dough on only the top half of my blizzard and not a single piece to be found on the bottom half. Straight vanilla ice cream.
