  the cheese wasn't melted in center of the cheddar bo.. manager was nice but the crew wasn't very welcoming!I can't help but notice the dirty rice sitting in a cup/container which it shouldn't of been due to food safety etc!You never know who will walk in a establishment that has co workers that are health inspectors!I definitely wouldn't want anyone getting sick from food being stored improperly!I more than likely will never go back!

  I ordered a Bo's chicken sandwich combo. It took a long time to get the sandwich made to go with the fries, that had been sitting on the prep counter the whole time. The person at the register called to the back asking about the sandwich. The person in the back replied "I made it wrong and had to remake it". When I finally got my order and sat down. The first bite of the sandwich was cold and it was not a Bo's chicken sandwich, it was a Cajun fillet on a bun. Big difference! I don't know if this employee does not know the difference or they were just trying to pass it off as a Bo's. I took the tray of food back to the counter and told the person that it was cold and it was not a Bo's. I was then told that it would be 15 minutes to get my sandwich. I don't know about everyone else but I do not have an unlimited lunch hour to be able to spend 25 minutes to get my food made as it was ordered. I asked for money back to the manager. He did not blink an eye before he was giving me a refund. He also never asked what the problem was or how he could make it right. As I eat here about once a week on average, I can say that this location is always clean. I love Bojangles food when it is hot and made right. I have a choice where to eat. This location will be my last choice.

  Went to the new bojangles on 301 near Shell station in Wilson at 615 in the morning. Ordered a dark brown cheddar bo. I received a cold Luke very Luke warm not brown biscuit. I went back inside to get a dark brown cheddar bo. I asked for a fresh biscuit. One employee who I was not speaking to said they are fresh we just open and thats the darkest we had. bojangles opens at 530. So the manager came very sweet I asked for my money back. Any other bojangles I've been too all over this state usually ask hey you want us to make you fresh one. One employee made me not want to ever come here again. I know my little money means nothing but hunni that attitude One apple spoils the whole bunch.
