  First time eatn here. Great Country Fried Steak biscuit. Super friendly service. Grabbed a Blueberry biscuit for a snack later

  I spent 20 minutes trying to order ahead. My credit card kept getting declined. Upon arrival I ordered and tried to pay with the same card...denied!! Only then was I informed that they no longer accept American Express. There is nothing on the website, nor any information about this whe the card was denied. Prices have gone up significantly and this last poor administration has encouraged me to switch over to Zaxbys.

  New building is nice, food is good. Our biggest problem is that BOTH times we have ordered here they have forgotten something in our order. 1st time we ordered fries with our family meal and they gave us mash potatoes. This morning we specifically went for sausage gravy biscuits, ordered two orders of them to fix the craving and they gave us the biscuit but NO GRAVY plus they gave us egg and cheese biscuit when we ordered sausage egg biscuit. Don’t make big orders here cause apparently they will forget something out of it or just give you whatever they feel like giving you.
