  The biggest issue here honestly seems to start with management. Looking through reviews, the owner seems very quick to respond to positive comments, including reviews with nothing but stars. Although the food is usually good, it can take an unreasonable amount of time to make it too you, and I would barely consider this location “fast-food” at certain hours.

  Had to wait about 40 at the drive thru for my order, then had to go inside and see my order was ready but they still were not worried about serving us. It was not even that busy there.

  i've seen a few other reviews referring to this woman who took my order.. I'm certain of it!. She needs to be retrained and customer service and lose the attitude! Why such attitude right out of the gate? Now on to the food. 1/10 dry biscuits and soggy potato rounds for almost $5.00 ? No thanks! It's wild how each location is drastically different regarding service/ food

  The very best Bojangles I've ever been to, and I've been to quite a few. Great customer service. Fresh, hot food. Clean dining room and clean bathrooms. Top notch 👍
