  They were short staffed where they could only do drive thru and the girl that took our order and made our food is truly a hard worker I only regret i didn't get her name to credit her for her duties. Employee should be recognized and compensated well.

  I got food here the lady in front acted like she didn't wanna be there I'm sorry if u hire gettiio..u get trash u need rehire. Some.peope who wanna be there and work this arbys was always good not saying it's every body there always bad apple.but food was.cold and. I won't eat there never agine. Once throw me.off.im..done with u. Change ur gettio ways are. Hire people who wanna work if not close this place down I never compline but I now am agervated that I get cold food. No shakes

  I had nasty wilted lettuce on my sandwich that I had to completely take off, and as for curly fries, let's just say they were not curly fries. You can see by the photos I have posted, I was given tiny little slivers of what appears to be what was left over after they filled everyone else's curly fry order. Not even to mention, as I was backing out, the order was to go by the way, I reached my hand in the bag to get a delicious hot curly fry, and instead I got a cold little stubby piece of potato. If I wasn't already running late for the airport in Raleigh, I would have went back in there and asked for my money back. I figured it would not have done any good, and I could not be wasting time messing with something that would not have even been productive

  The food is always hot and fresh here and the staff is always friendly.
