  Very disappointing experience at Wingstop. We were missing part of our order after walking out of the store and I went back inside for a simple fix. Instead of resolving it, the shift lead, Jada, became defensive and insisted multiple times the food was in the bag. (I’ve worked in the food industry and would never accuse someone of stealing a $5 fry on a $50 order) I even offered for her to check my car to confirm it wasn’t there, but she continued arguing and escalating the situation instead of helping. We were trying to get out of the way of other customers when we left, which is why the bag wasn’t checked immediately. It was also my birthday, and we were just trying to enjoy a chill dinner, but the interaction completely ruined the experience. What should have been a quick, simple correction turned into a hostile and unprofessional interaction over a missing item. Which is why she got cussed out. Moving forward hopefully she can get herself together and do her job properly.

  So let’s start with I am pregnant, I already have 2 kids. Wanted something quick and easy for dinner tonight so my husband suggested wingstop as I have been talking about hot wings for a while now. Usually wingstop is amazing, today? Horrible. I ordered my food on the app, got a party pack of wings. I got the classic hot wings, paid an extra $3 for all flats(I am a drumstick hater)Instead of my wings, I got boneless lemon pepper and garlic wings.. I hate boneless too as they are basically chicken nuggets, I could have gone to McDonald’s at that point.. Anyways, I called the store and got put on hold, thats fine maybe they were busy! I was on hold for 30 minutes so I hung up and called back again, thinking maybe they forgot since they were busy(it happens, Ive done it when working in a restaurant) no answer.. I called 10 more times and no answer. Getting ridiculous, I called on my husband’s phone.. no answer. All I want is my hot wings, but its hard to leave the house with an 18 month old and an 8 month old for a second time at 7:30pm when that is bedtime! Honestly just want a refund at this point, really frustrating.

  A nightmare to pick up for door dash. Late often. And their soda machine often never works and is out of product.

  Brought my daughter there for lunch, only 1 other person waiting for food, had about 19 people on the clock none of them were actually working, I asked several people if anyone was running the register they either ignored me or they had no idea how to run a register after waiting about 10 minutes and still no one came to take our order we just left. I would not recommend coming to such a poorly run restraunt
