After the pizza was fully baked, an employee made two parallel cuts through the middle, removed an entire strip of pizza, and then pushed the two remaining halves back together before cutting and serving it. I watched this happen right in front of me. Removing part of a customer’s pizza and then pushing the remaining pieces together to make it look whole is completely unacceptable. Customers are paying for a full pizza, not one with a section deliberately removed after baking. This seriously damaged my trust in this restaurant. I would strongly recommend that customers pay attention to how their pizza is handled before leaving.
