- SWSadie Wilson6 days ago3.0Edit: The lead manager for this Qdoba actually personally called me to resolve the below situation. I really appreciate the responsiveness to the issue! I had a shockingly bad experience at this Qdoba. We put in an online order, and it wasn't ready when we arrived. That wasn't so bad. When we took our food home, though, we realized they had left an entire $13 burrito out of our order and left out a bottled water that we had paid for. When I called the store, they acknowledged that they had left those items out, but claimed to not be able to issue a refund even though we used the Qdoba website to order the items (not a 3rd party like DoorDash). When I went to the Qdoba website, there was no way to request a refund or even speak to a representative. There's only a web form that you can submit for a response. And on top of that -- the food was very mediocre even for a Qdoba! The avocado tasted a little old and the romaine lettuce in my salad was almost non-existent.

It was my first time trying qdoba and her service literally made me want to leave but I was hungry and was already there.

I called to nicely ask for a refund.. because who wants raw chicken twice? The lady on the phone, "the shift lead," was absolutely terrible to me on the phone and told me it was not possible for my chicken to be raw because "we check every single piece of chicken with a thermometer, I can assure you it isn't raw." Not only was it just raw it was literally COLD like ICE COLD!!!!!!!! She said I would have to come back in and they could remake it for me. NEVER ONCE simply apologized. I told her I would love a refund, and she said I would have to call corporate and hung up on me. Will never go back to this terrible location with rude staff.
