Hopefully, this experience was a one off, however it was my dinner... Sirloin steak was literally burned ( black) on the outside of both sides but extra rare on the inside ( I ordered it medium) and the baked potato was basically raw inside... Arrived about 10 minutes past scheduled pickup time and then waited outside in my vehicle about another 20 minutes... Hopefully, next time will be different...

The food was great but Ken was the star of the night! We have lucked out and had Ken as a server at our last couple visits. He is super attentive, personable and fun while maintaining professionalism. We will request ken at our next visit :)

I have not been to Outback in several years due to this location had slipped in service and food . Since our go to was packed already we gave it a try . Dropped in for dinner tonight, Prime Rib was on the menu for us. We got an onion as an appetizer while we waited on our meal. We ordered the Prime Rib “Outback style” which is seared with seasoning. I’ll have to say it was a saltiest meat I believe I’ve ever eaten in a restaurant. They might as well have been serving salty country ham as prime rib. We were unable to finish our meals. The appetizer was fine, salad and baked potato were good. I guess one of the manages stopped by the table and asked how it was. We explained it in the disappointment of how salty the prime rib was. He offered to cut new steaks, but we decide we were done. I will say, to most pleasant part of the meal was our server. She was top tier! We didn’t ask for a discount, refund or more food. When we settled the bill, they took 15% off. I still tip the server 20%, it’s not her fault. Was told that corporate had made some changes to the way they season steaks and even some sauces, receiving mixed reviews. I guess I will go fight the long lines at Texas Roadhouse. Sad this restaurant used to be good years ago.

Ordered a desert 2 days in advance for a birthday, wasn't, ready, couldn't find the order in the system, after waiting you say screw the desert topping that comes with it, if the system is flawed to the point they can't find it and you have to tell them what you're picking up, it won't be what you expected. Then expected gratuity, which you actually are stupid enough to give for a PICK UP and it's still wrong. My last trip there, if I had some insane custom order I could maybe understand, but when you order simply what they "offer" and it's still lost, then wrong, it defeats the purpose of paying a "business" to do it for you, and tipping them for your inconvenience

I got food to go yesterday as this was something my 88 year old mother wanted and she was not able to go there to eat. I ordered 2 petite sirloin meals, requested to be cooked medium, I also ordered extra bread that I assume I paid for. I ordered this at the restaurant, not in advance. I know I should have checked it, but I did not, my mistake. Got home, only 1 piece of bread for us to split and the steak was well done and very tough. Potatoes were also cold. Asparagus was good however!
