We offer tastings for your event. Please call us at 910.350.8899 or email us to set up a time for your personal tasting.

Wait and bar staff are charged per event at $150 each. We staff events at 1 staff member per 20 guests for buffet and 1 staff member per 10 persons for sit down dinners. If stations are requested, staff members may be increased to attend the station. Events are charged for 2 hours of setup, 3 hours for event and 1 hour for clean up. Staffing past 6 hours will be charged at $25 per hour per staff member. Staff is paid by catering company and is included in the invoice. Gratuity is at the discretion of the client.

Client is responsible for purchasing all alcohol and mixers including garnishes and ice. We can help with any quantities needed and suppliers. Legal responsibilities rest with the client and bartenders.

We can order all rentals and be responsible for all returns, which depends on the site chosen for the event and the menu, for a 20% handling fee along with the standard handling fee from the rental company. Otherwise the client will be responsible for all rental arrangements.
