  Don’t eat here. You ever been to a place where the lead manager at dinner rush was so rude to a customer, that you just want them to fail? I watched as a manager in need of a dose of humility try to argue with a customer over a simple refill and question. No sense of urgency or grace towards a paying customer. Not to only that, but her attitude towards her job and her space showed up in the lack of tidiness of the dining area, and complete disaster of the men’s bathroom. My food personally came out fine enough, but my bun on my burger was burnt. That really only happens when the toaster hasn’t been cleaned, which it would not surprise me if that was the case. Chick-fil-a does it right due to customer service and personable workers. Here, good luck finding anyone who cares about their product or job. What a waste.

  The woman that was taking orders was extremely rude this is unacceptable and that’s not how you treat people.

  I sat in the drive thru for no one to take my order waited at the window and juat drove off cause they were taking forever with other orders the drive thru line was long and they were moving g slow

  I don't know what's wrong with some kids these days. I went through the drive-thru of this McDonald's and when I got to the window, a young girl who overdid it with her makeup open the window and immediately held my bag out the window. I asked for ketchup and she's sarcastically look to me in the eyes and asked me if I ordered it. I asked her if I was supposed to and she looked at me with the most terrible look like if she was the smartest person in the world. She stayed silent as she looked at me for quite a while. Then she asked if I wanted ketchup. She had super bad vibes and has a very bad attitude. Her parents need to be notified about how she treats other people, especially at her job. I did nothing wrong but ask for ketchup. I called for the manager and some lady came and she didn't want to call the manager. So I said I'm not leaving until the manager comes. The manager came and I told her what happened. She told me that it was just a misunderstanding. I told her I was that I was trying to tell her how she's treating people it's not a misunderstanding, I'm trying to inform you how your employee is treating customers at a public restaurant. This young girl has issues. She should not be working at a restaurant around the public. I will be trying to reach out to the owner tomorrow to personally tell them how their employee treated me just for asking for ketchup. I started taking a video when they finally went for the manager. She was laughing the whole time that I was trying to tell the manager how she treated me. She had no reason to treat me like that. None whatsoever. She is just disrespectful at heart that's it. I will take snapshots of the video and upload them. I will remember this situation every time I go to this McDonald's. I really hope upper management and especially the owner knows what kind of people are really working at the restaurant. I won't go back there for a while because of her. The manager defended the employee who disrespected me as a customer over me as the customer who was just asking for ketchup. I have the full video if the owners want to see it.
