This is the worst McDonald’s ive ever been to the management and employees should be dissapointed in themselves with how they run this restaurant. Corporate needs to step in and fire most of these people every time i come here i wait in line for 45+ minutes. Theres constantly homeless people outside and employees overdosing in the restaurant this franchise needs to be shut down or completely taken over such a shane to have in Wilmington avoid this restaurant and all employees at all costs

Every time I order delivery from here, entire items and parts of meals are missing. If I order 2 burgers, only 1 burger arrives. If I order a breakfast meal only the sandwich arrives, no drinks or hashbrowns. Just not going to order anymore since there’s no one checking to actually make sure the items written on the recipe are in the bag.

If I could give zero I would!!! After working 2 jobs at 4:28am they received my order according to the emailed receipt. I pulled in only a few minutes later so I park, smoke along with 3 employees. As I'm done so are they so I pull to the speaker where I'm told "give me 5 minutes our system is down" I asked do you want me to sit her or pull up? She responded "We're on a timer, pull up". I did and off the time pad at 5 til 5am. At 530 no food, no employee contact. Finally she yells out the drive thru window asking what I was doing!!!??? She proceeds to try to LIE to me about receiving my order, McDonald's process for mobile orders and NEVER NOT ONCE DOES SHE OFFER ME $14 IN BREAKFAST ITEMS NOR APOLOGIZE FOR ANYTHING. SHE COULDN'T EVEN GET THE MANAGER TO THE WINDOW BECAUSE EVEN THEY KNEW HOW LONG ID BEEN THERE!! TELLS ME IM NOT DOING THIS WITH YOU ITS MOTHERS DAY. YES YES IT IS AND NOW IM OUT $14, NO FOOD AND MY TIME THAT ILL NEVER GET BACK!

Had to wait 30-40 minutes for my order of 2 COFFEES. The kiosk didn't print my receipt so when I went to go and pay for my food they said they did not have my order and then tried to completely ignore me and avoid me.
They need to fix their kiosk because dont ask me why I dont have a receipt when your kiosk doesn't print them. They also had lost my order and when I had payed before other people.
They had also lost other people's order who HAD PAYED.
I am never going there again. Waste of my money and time!

Absolutely ridiculous experience. I ordered two coffees from the kiosk and waited over 40 minutes. No updates, no communication, nothing. After asking multiple employees about my order, the ONLY thing they kept saying was “Why don’t you have a receipt?” …when the kiosks DON’T EVEN GIVE RECEIPTS. They lost my order and blamed me.
So basically I paid, waited forever, and got treated like it was my fault their system is poorly set up. If you’re going to force people to order from a kiosk, maybe make sure there’s a way to track orders and employees who actually help instead of blaming the customer.
Waste of time and money. Never again.
