  Worst most ignorant experience ever. I used app. I pulled up to window to get my receipt. The lady (older African American lady) saw me, looked at me and actively ignored me. Would not talk to me. I had to signal to her and she with a dumd face told me to go to next window. Straight ignorance. 2nd window. Never was spoken to. I said thank you afyer every item I was given. Nothing. They forgot my milkshake. I let them know. They went and got me it. No words spoken by a single employee. Please fire your window crew who worked 4/26 at 5:20 PM. There are people out there who need a job, these people don't deserve theirs. Mystery shop your employees.

  The staff here were extremely rude for no reason. I placed a simple order, stayed polite, and still felt like I was being treated like an inconvenience. The employees working this afternoon had bad attitudes, barely communicated, and handed me my food with a nasty look like I did something wrong. Basic customer service is not difficult. A simple greeting, a normal tone, or even just handing over the food without attitude would have been enough. Instead, the whole interaction felt unpleasant and unnecessary. I would not recommend this location if you expect even basic courtesy.

  Sickest McDonald's I've been to in a long time. Sickest meaning grossest I walked into the lobby and I smelled poop I thought someone farted. I walked into the bathroom the men's bathroom and that's where the smell was coming from I needed the restroom bad so I went in the stall. There is poop smeared all over this bathroom. You can tell it's never cleaned. When I first walked in the manager in the blue shirt was in there using the urinal. I proceeded to the toilet or I saw everything. When I walked out of the stall there was a different employee in there washing his hands. They do not care about their disgusting bathrooms. I do not recommend eating here if the employees leave their bathrooms like that how do you think the counters are in the cleanliness in this place. There's a different McDonald's down the road that is never like this. I told the manager when I came out which I'm sure he already knew and he just didn't say anything and just kept looking at me like you wanted to hit me. So I left.

  Store didn’t close until 12. Got there at 11 pm and have been left to sit in the drive through with no help instead of taking orders

  Shout out to the lovely lady working the drive thru window this morning!! All positive vibes and prepared THE BEST iced coffee I’ve ever gotten from a McDonalds! I wish I got her name but she’s amazing! Thank you queen ❤️
