  Got an egg and cheese biscuit thru the drive thru I left went around the corner and went into my work opening the store. Wanted to eat my biscuit that I ordered I cannot leave work I am the only one there at the time. And to my disgust a hair was on my food now I wasted money and will be hungry get it together this happened before. Recently a change has happened in the store bad service

  Services are not good very bad very slow and they have a problem with the service and it doesn't serv me anymore like it was before .

  There was a mistake with my order and it got lost, and the staff handled it wonderfully! Very apologetic to the mistake and made sure I was taken care of. I didn’t get a name but the staff member who helped me had a purple hat on that I believe was Gengar from Pokemon and they are the PERFECT example of quality customer service! Keep it up!!

  If I could give zero stars that’s what they deserve! They got my order wrong, all I wanted was a sausage egg and cheese biscuit. But I didn’t get the sausage on this biscuit. When I went back inside to ask for them to remake it, they had already thrown away the biscuits bc it was 11am and wouldn’t give me a refund after I kept asking!! So I settled for a sausage egg and cheese bagel. She made this order and threw it on the counter without saying anything else to me and walked away… of course I watched them microwave the food and slap cold cheese on it… this was terrible service and the food was chewy. Wasted my money going here!
