  Got up at 5:30 to drive from Hampstead. It's 6:10 and they aren't open because they are getting the drawer for the register ready. We asked why donuts weren't being made and were told the machine is broken,but we could get donuts that were made last night. Now I see why krispy Kreme is failing.

  I’ll be honest about Krispy Kreme — when it’s good, it’s really good. The Original Glazed doughnuts, especially when they’re fresh and warm, are hard to beat. They’re light, melt-in-your-mouth, and definitely live up to the hype. That said, the experience isn’t always consistent. If you don’t catch them fresh, the doughnuts can taste a bit stale or overly sweet to the point where it’s hard to enjoy more than one. I’ve also noticed that some locations feel a bit rushed or understaffed, which can affect service and order accuracy. Another concern is the limited variety compared to some newer donut shops, and the pricing can feel a little high for what you’re getting, especially when quality isn’t at its peak. Overall, Krispy Kreme is worth it for that classic fresh glazed experience — just try to go when the “Hot Now” sign is on. Outside of that, it can be hit or miss.

  Seen raw dough on the floor and the glaze running over on to the floor. Drive thru lines backed up. The place looked to be grossly under staffed. I'm blame poor management. The doors should not be opened with those conditions. We did a 180 and ran for our lives.

  Ordered online because I was going to be in a hurry. Store front closed. Had to wait in long drive through line. And they were out of almost everything so I didn't even get what I ordered.
