  Fish tacos were great. Ordered 2 meals to go and both were missing their sides. I also did not receive silverware/napkins. Didn’t feel like going back in to get them. Love the food but service could use a little help! Thank you!

  My first experience at this location. We walked in at about 8:35pm. We were told they closed at 9pm so we walked back out. The manager came out and told us they were happy to take care of us! She said they actually close at 9:30pm and there was plenty of time. So we went back inside! We sat in Kay’s section and she was wonderful! She didn’t rush us and was really welcoming. If you visit, I definitely recommend asking for her. During our meal, the manager came and reassured us that it wouldn’t have mattered if we came in 10 minutes before closing; they would have taken care of us. So sweet! We appreciate the kindness and the food was awesome, too! This was last Thursday evening. Thank y’all again.

  I really enjoyed my experience at this K38, I loved the atmosphere and all of the workers especially the bartender Hannah were very nice including the manager! Food was tremendous and the drinks were great! Would definitely recommend to a friend or anyone in the community!

  My family and I dine here often. We usually have a great experience but tonight was different. We were sat at a table and waited almost 10 mins before our waitress came. We went to host stand and they said they would let our waitress know. She came to our table and said it was her first day which we were very understanding of. We ordered a small queso which came out cold. When our food was delivered we told the girl who brought us the queso it was cold and we would like it taken off our bill. She said she would take care of it. Our bill comes and it isn’t taken off the bill. We wait another 10 mins and still don’t see our waitress to correct the bill. Finally we go to the host stand as we couldn’t wait any longer. At this point the restaurant had cleared out yet nobody was around our section. The bill finally got corrected and we asked to speak to a manager and they said nobody was available tonight. While we are very patient given it’s summer and this establishment is training new hires, they should be trained better before working alone. It was obvious from the state of the restaurant they need a manager there supervising.
