  Most unfriendly Jimmy John’s on the planet. Asked for whole wheat. Got white. Thanked them for my sandwhich got a grunt somebody’s not happy to work at jimmy johns

  Ordered the #2 roast beef. It literally had one slice of roast beef on it for $14 bucks. And the young kid was rude and should be fired. Horrible!!!

  I am a Captain for a major airline and fly out of ILM Weekly. I read some negative reviews about this place. Nothing could be further from the truth. I get a sandwich here nearly every time I fly out. Always on point. Always friendly.

  This customer service was horrible! I waited patiently for them to open, an extra 15 minutes! I placed my order with one young girl and she told me it would be 15 minutes on bread. I told her thats fine with me. Then the short meat cutter walked over and told me with a blank stern face that "we don't do pre orders for sandwiches." I explained that I will wait and he repeated it and walked away! Y'all need to do better with customer service & train your people! The young lady was nice and even offered me a wrap instead! Anyway the guy in the back peeped out and asked "what's the problem?" I told him I was trying to order a sandwich but was told by the meat cutter I could not prepay! He told Da'Monte to take care of me and he did immediately with no question! This young man deserves 5 stars for his positive attitude and willingness to help a customer! I only tipped because of Da'Monte (hope the name is spelled correctly)! Get rid of poor customer service people not willing to resolve simple issues and know how to communicate correctly! Thank you!
