  This store has gone downhill substantially the last few months. The cashiers manager, I'm assuming based off her vest she wears, is always outside smoking a cigarette or standing around instead of helping the ONE cashier they usually have working. The skinny black girl who works at night almost always has a pot smell following her around (look, there's nothing wrong with getting high, but good lord don't do it while you're at work). My boyfriend and I came into this store yesterday to get a head of cabbage for dinner, and the cabbage had a bluish mold on it. We went to the Food Lion on 17th street instead. I would call and make a complaint but based off previous reviews, the store manager most likely wouldn't do anything. Save yourself the trouble of going to this location and go to the Food Lion on 17th Street instead. They are busier, but the store is cleaner and they actually have more than 1 cashier working during the day.

  CLEAN. A fantastically clean store. Could get down the isles without hitting anyone or anything. It was decently stocked and had most everything I wanted. The hotter was a real disappointment. To be fare I came in well after lunch (around 1:30) but the bar was picked over and stale and dried out, definitely not appetizing.

  This has got to be the dirtiest food lion, I’ve ever been in!! The produce and meat department are the biggest issues at this location!!
