  I love shopping at this Food Lion location! The store is always clean, well-stocked, and the entire team of associates does a wonderful job. Everyone working here is friendly and helpful, with one exception. The older lady with thick glasses working the self checkout always looks completely annoyed and acts very disinterested in being there. Aside from that, the young man with short curly hair always exceeds my expectations whenever I visit. Whether he’s ringing me up at the register or bringing my order to my car, his hard work and great attitude truly stand out.

  My trust in this grocery store is gone went in 2 days ago a whole island cooler except the end that had high end panera bread products which may not require temp effective requirements don't know but went in today they have only 1 side running with expensive products in it maybe not subjected to temp requirements don't know that. What I see is less traffic in the whole shopping center and to cover for that theyare cutting crucial guidelines and oversight by out Health Department even though I saw a 92.5 when I thought for a minute shouldn't have to worry about it ,citizens trust our stores although some don't they are gone. Now the eye isn't overrun or isn't getting kickback any longer? Whatever my trust is gone, fix it FOOD LION new management is required and ones running this store should be ashamed.

  Dustin was working like a mad man and still took the time to help me find everything I needed. A true professional and very polite. I asked him for help as he was right in the middle of something and he still smiled and helped me with everything I needed. They are lucky to have him

  Excellent experience today.I normally go to the Food Lion at Mayfair. But that Food Lion and the Northchase Food Lion have horrible customer service throughout the store.Several employees today ask if I needed assistance, I'm in the handicap cart and employees in other depth are friendly too!The only bad experience was the lady at self checkout yelled and pointed at the register I was at saying it won't accept cash.No may I help you or sir just to let you know this is card only.Then she put her nose up and walked away without asking if I needed assistance. I spent well over $100.00 and had 15lb dog food,20lb litter and 2 big waters. It was not easy ringing up everything but I managed.She must hate her job or just be a miserable person in general. I will shop here again because of the helpful manager and other employees that assisted me.
