- BGBarbara Golden6 days ago2.0The service was bad. I placed my order then watched the girl, who was frying the burgers, put my burger in a bag. Still waiting on fries. All the other orders that came after mine got their fries. I had to ask for my order while everyone just looked at me like I was crazy. The "fry girl" had to come over and put the fries in the bag and handed me my order. There is no one managing the place!! The food was average at best. Way overpriced. Will not be going back.

I was working with a special needs client who I was treating to lunch here when after we ordered, we noticed there were those who ordered after us that were being served before we were; luckily we only waited between 5-10 minutes which would not have been so bad if they would have told us that we take a cup after we order a drink, I am used to places where when you order on the kiosk (which is what we did) that when they give you your meal the drink is in the bag. Well needless to say one of the workers was not having it when I simply and politely said, “we didn’t receive our cup” to which one of the workers (a young lady in a black uniform) rolled her eyes, walked over to grab the cup from the traditional order taking counter and shoved it against me as she shook her head in annoyance and began to talk poorly and insult me and my client behind our backs while laughing at us with her other coworkers. I don’t know what the reason was to facilitate this response and I personally do not care to understand, someone like this should be reprimanded for treating customers poorly all because you have a procedure that is not universal across all fast-casual restaurants and for not caring enough to be considerate towards people with disabilities and treat them with dignity; especially when you are paying for quality eating compared to fast food chains that have cheaper prices and customer service. Will not be coming back here at this particular location again until there is an improvement in staff.

Which is disgusting to say to anyone. Then when I had finished with my meal she came to my table again and said if she ever sees me in five guys again she would hurt me, food was cold and had pink hair in which is the same colour as the girl who said this horrible stuff to me, don’t go here
