So, ummmmm why would it even be offered if someone is not allowed to buy it? So even after speaking to the district Mgr I still never got a call back so im now going to start posting TikTok videos of my interactions that are subpar at the oleander location

- BBBrandonApr 1, 20261.0I had a really disappointing experience at Dunkin’ Donuts. The service was slow and unorganized, even though it wasn’t particularly busy. The staff seemed uninterested and didn’t acknowledge customers waiting at the counter for several minutes. When I finally received my order, it was wrong. My coffee was lukewarm instead of hot, and it tasted watered down, like it had been sitting out for a while. The donut I ordered was stale and lacked the freshness you’d expect from a place that specializes in them. When I brought it to the manager attention I was wave off. Very rude and nasty.
