At the window they couldn't find my order even though I had given them my name already. Turns out I made the mistake and entered the wrong location. That was MY fault and willing to eat the cost. The poor customer service came when the man with long dreadlocks said we'd have to pull around again and place an order. I explained that we had already placed an order and that they confirmed having said order when instructed to move forward. IF they couldn't find the order we would've placed another at that time. Man was very rude about the entire situation.
