- BCBlake CollierJun 1, 20261.0I frequent Dunkin. All 3 here in town. This one’s my least favorite as they routinely run out of random things that feel important to a coffee shop. This morning took the cake though. They told me they wouldn’t make food because the hvac was broken and it was too hot… asked if the electricity was on, and they said yes. So everything to make the food is working, but they won’t use it?

They did offer a replacement but I didn't really want anything else honestly. They can't refund you from the store. Virtual chat didn't have anyone on it on Memorial Day and when I tried to use email, I could never get past the store finder feature.

Apparently they don’t carry the majority of donut flavors like toasted coconut, double choc, etc., and half the time they are out of what they do carry. More than half of my visits they are out of croissants. The inconsistency drives me nuts. On the plus side the gals working the window are typically very friendly, so I appreciate that.

And I had to wait forever before someone took my order.This is really the worst Dunkin, and I will never be back here because they really don't care about customers at all

Today was the 4th time this cold season I've walked into a freezing store and these young girls are forced to work in. Should be letting them go home paid or get an adequate repair company to fix it properly. Wonder what health department would think of these conditions? I know they didnt apply expecting to be working in outside conditions.
