This location is going downhill fast. The pizzas are getting worse over my last four visits. This one in the pic tells the story. Update to reply. I see you have the same canned apology you have given several times lately to other reviews. You reference "info below" but never provide it. SMH

My daughter was having a sleepover, so while I was at work, I allowed her to use my card to order pizza. One of her friends also wanted wings and paid for her own order with her own card. Since both orders were being delivered to the same address, the employee taking the order over the phone asked if they were placing multiple orders for the same location. My daughter explained that they were two separate transactions and two separate orders. The employee then asked my daughter if she had tipped. She told him yes, she had already left a $2 tip online when she paid for the pizza. She also pointed out that tipping is optional, but she chose to tip anyway. The employee responded, “Well yes, tipping is optional, and so is delivering your pizza.” Because I was at work, I immediately called the store and spoke with the manager. I explained what had happened and that I no longer felt comfortable allowing my children to eat food from that location after the way my daughter was treated. There was absolutely no reason for an employee to question whether a child tipped, let alone make a comment implying that her order might not be delivered because of it. That interaction left me very uncomfortable. It made me question the professionalism and training of the staff. More importantly, it made me lose confidence in the safety of the food being prepared. Comments like that can easily make a customer wonder whether their food could be tampered with, and I don’t take that lightly. Because of this experience, I will not be ordering from this location again.

I placed an order at the pizza shop, where one employee took my order while another finished preparing a pizza and then stepped away to talk on the phone. He remained on the call in front of me for about 20 minutes, while the other employee focused on cleaning instead of preparing my order. After waiting that long, it became clear that no one was actually making my pizza. I ended up requesting a refund and leaving. This level of service is unacceptable and very disappointing.

No-one will answer phone. Missing items on Delivery. Endless on-hold. Left on hold for highly extended time just to see. Tried using "Report a problem" from our online order, and it tries to send our corporate phone a text message.... which is obvious we can't get. Called another store to see if they could reach them, and they couldn't either. Pressing 1 instead to order, someone answers, in a call center, who also just transferred me to endless hold. Called DM Austin to let him know. I guess we're just out that money. Do Better.

Been trying to get anyone to answer the phone for 25 minutes. Placed order at 11:50. Pizza was out of oven at 12:05. But says will not arrive until 1:02? Why? Trying to call and phone keep going in endless loop of hold messages. If my pizza arrives ice cold I will be expecting a full refund.
