  Food has been absolutely terrible here recently. Last two orders were bad. I ordered a well-done pizza and not exaggerating, the pizza was seriously raw in the center, like ice cold, raw dough. I don't even understand how that can even happen because their ovens are supposed to be set to a certain temperature and on a timing chain belt so don't know how that's possible that they didn't attempt to well done but they didn't even cook it. And when I mean raw I mean it wasn't even like gel-like style substance it was seriously raw dough pike after its proofed and not cooked at all. My most recent order I had a all meat large speciality pizza and tried a new steak sub. 3/4 over half the sub didn't even have anything on it on the left and right side was just plain bread with nothing on it toasted and in the center had a tiny bit I would say maybe 2 oz worth of steak in a couple onion strands, was dissapointing. The meat speciality was awful. I ordered it well done and received it very lightly cooked as well on this order to the sausage on it was cold even when I had it cut square cut well done, I literally took one bite of one slice and threw it back in the box it was absolutely disgusting and the sausage tasted terrible with a sour after taste. Usually their Pizza is pretty good but here lately it's been very bad and not up to par I believe I left a review and gave feedback to Domino's themselves but didn't hear a single thing back after politely following a formal complaint about issues with the quality of the food to the store feedback page. Begin to feel like a waste of money as I threw the whole large pizza away after one single bite I really wish somebody from Domino's could at least Reach Out and either refund me for that pizza or offer to make it right by remaking a pizza or offering a different Pizza as this has happened twice now. I will say the gentleman that was working the drive-thru window was pretty polite and nice although you can see the frustration on his face when he's away from the window which I understand because it's pretty micromanaged late at night and people are making late night orders being a college town.

  I called and the lady on the other line had a bad attitude, terrible costumer service.

  This is the cleanest and nicest Domino's that I've ever been to. The Pizza was very Fresh and so good! 5 Stars all the way around.

  For the most part they are good at what they do but they will assume that you either don't know that drippings are extra or don't think you are able to bay for extra drippings. They told me like 5 time as if I would have a major problem baying a couple extra dollars for drippings that I already knew were extra. If I hadn't known I would have remembered from the first 2 times they told me. None of the other factors on this review like "how much did you spend, did you take out, pick up, or have delivered, or anything else is relevant. Don't assume things. That's what really upsets me and I'm sure I'm not the only one. I went back, this time to get wings and garlic knots (date and time 4/24/2026 3:40-3:50 pm) hoping for better service i was so disappointed. I was checking on a snack while I was a s wait I ng for my order. And couldn't breathe i had a small cup that I had espresso in earlier and I tried to ask for water. I couldn't really speak but did the best I could and was denied the starbucks espresso size cup of water so I could swallow the snack and I was denied. I prayed all the way to my job that at the local gas station accross from starbucks. Down the street. I was lucky that the snack finally went down. The lesson. If you are choking the people in store will also not give you a small cup of water. The will let you choked. Make sure you do not have an emergency in this location. I can't ever go back wothout thinking about how close I was to needing an ambulance or worse.
