- JSJessica StrangerJun 15, 20261.0If I could give 0 stars I would. Highly disappointed in the service we received on Saturday. My community has used this location to provide food for our annual pool party for at least the last 13 years. We have never had a problem until this year. When I ordered the pizzas 5 days before the event and spoke with Justin, I should have known there would be issues. Justin had a horrible attitude and acted as though it was an inconvenience to help me. Our order of 20 pizzas was scheduled for delivery at 11:30 on Saturday. That time came and there were no pizzas. I called and spoke with someone who informed me that they had spoken with someone from their marketing department to say that they had NOT provided us with any free pizza vouchers (which I physically had in my possession and are used every year). He too had a horrible attitude. We were never contacted by anyone to say there was a possible issue with our order. When I asked if they were going to bring us the pizzas he said yeah sure, maybe in 30 minutes, give or take. At this point I already had over 100 hungry people waiting to eat. 30 minutes came and went and we still didn't have food. Me and my coworker both tried calling for an update but of course there was no answer. We did not receive food for another hour. This was probably the worst customer service I have ever received and will never use this establishment again.

Hello out her trying to waive you down and you still can’t come to the right address. Then I finally get on the phone with the store and they say he tried to call you…. I’ll send it back out he says… I ask how long? Oh about 25 minutes. No thank you this pizza has been riding in someone’s car for an hour now NO THANK YOU. Cancel. So here we have wait d for over an hour and now have to find something lease to eat because the Monkey Juction Store can’t find the same address they have delivered to several times before and decide to want to send us over an hour old cold pizza. NO Thank You

I called the store to ask about the status and if I could pick it up instead. I was told by Conner it was already out for delivery. 30 minutes later, still no pizza and tracker still showing it at the "make" stage. I canceled the order since by this time it was almost midnight and still had not been delivered (I ordered it at 9:30 PM). This is absolutely the worst Dominos in town. I only tried it because everything else was closed. Never again.

I order a pizza with 2 toppings and receive one that only had toppings on 2 slices of the pizza and one and a half of the slices in the box was literally just dough! no toppings, cheese, or even tomato sauce. Dominos is already overpriced for what it is and they werent busy so I dont understand why we get half assed pizza. The only decent thing from the experience was that my wife said the lady running the register was friendly.
