  We came to D&Bs Saturday night with our boys. Alex was our server and was so great. Very friendly and fun with our kids! We appreciate his attentive service. One thing to consider is bringing back the season pass. We used to be frequent regulars, but will sadly not be back without the season pass benefits. It was very disappointing to hear they have done away with that option.

  It was my husband and I‘s first time at Dave & Buster’s and while it’s chaotic, but a lot of fun, I’d be remiss if I didn’t say, our experience was amazing because of John and his service. He’s a security guard who went out of his way to explain purchasing the game card, how to get the best value, and providing tables for our drinks/bag while we played games… all while keeping the place secure. We will definitely come back, but wanted to ensure we shout out John on the security team!

  We had a wonderful experience! The food was delicious, the service was excellent, and the atmosphere was welcoming and enjoyable. Maylee was a great server!

  I got food poisoning here. It’s been 3 days of this intense throwing up/sickness and stomach soreness. I knew instantly the food was bad. I got my check and left out. I got home and was throwing up. The entertainment is great and service was good but the food was terrible. This is unacceptable and unprofessional. I’m going to see a doctor for medical help to overcome my stomach/sickness.

  Stopped in for the first time and had a great experience overall. The food was really good, probably a solid 4/5, but what really stood out was the service at the bar. Mahra was behind the bar and was awesome from start to finish. Super friendly, easy to talk to, answered every question we had, and definitely knows what she’s doing. All of our drinks came out great and she made sure we were taken care of the entire time. For a first visit, I was really impressed with the atmosphere and especially the service. We’ll definitely be back. If you stop in, grab a seat at the bar, Mahra will take good care of you!
