I understand the peppers and onions as you have to cook them. They were also out of lettuce, and cheese. I normally love the food but I wouldn't go back to this one.

I went in tonight to redeem them but I also had a free queso reward that I wanted to use. I wasn’t aware you could only use one reward but I was fine just using the free entree. The worker then tells me it won’t work because I already scanned both. I was like “so I’m just going to lose all those points” and the male worker says “it’s your fault for scanning both”. It’s not my job to know chipotles rules for THIER reward program. They should’ve been able to start the order over and my reward would work but worker was u willing to listen to any fixes to the situation. I got o chipotle often but will never return to that one. Customer service has truly gone out the window. Nit to mention the manager on site was of no help either, but I wasn’t surprised after the way his employee talked to me. Ridiculous at that least, do better and be better people.

Every time we order through the app, the bowls come stuffed with rice (about 3/4 of the bowl) and next to no protein — sometimes literally half a spoonful of meat. This never happens when we order in person at the counter, where portions are correct. It's obvious online orders are being shorted on purpose, even though we're paying full price either way. When my husband went to the counter to address this directly, the staff — including the manager — were dismissive, disrespectful and rude instead of taking the issue seriously. We won't be returning to this branch, and other customers should be aware of how they're being shorted on online orders.
