I put in a mobile pick up (which ive never done) I went in and didn’t know if I was good to just grab my things so I told the lady at the register and asked if I was good to just grab my stuff, she just looked at me and nodded her head. I got a drink there was no cup on the shelf and I said what about the drink and she just nodded her head?? Not a single word spoken not even a slight smile? I get if you’re having a bad day but you can’t even say yes or no with the attitude?

Staff seems disinterested in engaging with customers beyond the minimum interaction required to take orders. Employee with 5+ inch long beard was working on the line without a beard net. Will avoid this location in future.

Staff rude and uninterested every time like man I know working isn’t fun but you indeed signed up for this so put a little more thought into what you’re doing. I have been overcharged undercharged you name it here. Kid running the register has no idea what she’s doing. It’s nice to see the youth working but please train them up. I don’t even know what things cost here because it’s different every time. Somehow I ended up with a drink this go around. Okay, never ordered that… proximity is the only reason I come back and I’m disappointed each time
