  Somehow every time I order delivery, there is something missing or different about my order. I don't understand how it happens every single time. I recently had a burrito with guac that was seemingly swapped with a bunch of lettuce instead.

  Went to go today and they had a paper sign saying temporarily closed while they were fully staffed at 2pm. Ridiculous in my opinion I don’t see how they can all stand in there and do nothing and get paid instead of wrapping my damn burrito.

  worker with redish orange hair gave me an attitude the whole time while i was smiling and saying yes please, being super respecful. Then as i went to pay she slammed my burrito down on the counter and yelled something i couldnt understand. so rude. Im worried she spit in my burrito when i wasnt looking.

  Food is tasty. Takeout is ALWAYS WRONG. Dude’s last steak bowl was missing the steak. Today he had a big wad of guac on top and dude hates guac. Very frustrating cause unless you open the sealed bag, open each bowl and dig around with a fork while picking up takeout, you don’t know until you get home that it isn’t correct. The ingredients are literally printed on the lid but the inside is a gamble of uncertainty and disappointment.

  Our first and last time there. We asked a girl at least 5 times about the options on the ordering process since we have never been there before, and did not know how it worked. We clearly said it was our first time. She stood there each time staring with a blank expression like we did not exist, not answering. We had to ask someone else if she could hear us, or maybe she just did not understand us? It was just soooo weird. Apparently she was able to hear and understand but still did not answer, absolutely no expression in her face, and the other person looked at us like we were crazy, not answering us either! A 3rd person came and finally told us it is just build your own stuff, no menu or any meals to pick from. Ok then, easy enough so we build our own, the whole staff behind the counter had an attitude and eyerolling the whole time. I don't remember ever have been thru something like this in any restaurant in my life. Even the staff member who walked by us on the way out to clean the messy napkins/lids/straws area had an attitude. Not worth going back
