  I placed an order at 9:30 and my food was not prepared until 10:40. My bowl is missing 50% of the toppings I added and I ordered a full quesadilla and received a kids quesadilla. All of the workers had a terrible attitude and not attentive at all. I had to flag one of them down just to ask if my order was ready or not. Just to receive a terrible meal.

  They still don’t know how to salt the chips, and it’s extremely frustrating when I’m paying the same amount as everyone else but they want to “pre-close” at 9:30 when they still have customers coming in and they’re out of almost everything and I watch them give me and other people half scoops of rice and chicken because they’re unprepared and don’t have backups available. I’ve been a restaurant manager before and pre closing is understandable but not when it impacts guest experience. Had the tiniest burrito of all time yesterday and the reward I used for chips and large queso was awful. They filled my container of queso halfway. Really need to train your staff better. Or reevaluate your hiring processes.

  Sadly this is now another restaurant in this town that lost my business because their employees cannot do their jobs. The food quality and prep quality always varies, you never know what you're going to get. The line workers are just tossing ingredients in with absolutely no care. A child could make a more balanced proper taco. I work hard for my money and I expect the people who I pay with it to do their jobs well too.

  Had a terrible customer service experience at this location at 5:40pm. I walked in and had to wait while two staff member just talked to each other while I was standing there and took a while to acknowledge or help me with my order. Then I asked for three hard tacos, to go, and they seemed to act confused where the hard tacos were. They figured out where they were and put it on plate. I reinteratrd that it was take out and he just looked at me, didn't respond and didn't change the plate. I asked for barbaco beef and the staff helping me got the tongs and said it was empty to another staff member. Then he said that he wasn't going to get another or go look for more. The other staff member took the plate to the online order section and came back saying they were out. After paying for my tacos and leaving the store I realized that they forgot to give me my side of guac. I understand food needing to be made and being out of something but having 9 staff members working at one time and multiple of the staff just standing and not help fill up or cook food that was out it was very disappointing. A staff member who was supposed to be helping me openly ignoring me and then saying he didn't want to do his job in front of me was extremely unprofessional.

  I’ve had repeated issues with the Fordham Road location in Wilmington NC, and unfortunately, the level of service continues to decline—especially with to-go orders. They frequently get orders wrong and don’t seem to take much ownership when something is missing. Tonight was a perfect example. I ordered two kids’ meals, both of which should have included chocolate milk. Because this same item was missing on a previous visit, I made a point to check before leaving. Sure enough, there were no chocolate milks in the bag. When I first approached the cashier to ask about purchasing an extra one (since the app didn’t allow me to add it to one of the meals), she completely ignored me and started helping someone else. No acknowledgment, no response. I then spoke with the employee handling to-go orders, who told me they were out of chocolate milk. That’s understandable—but what’s not acceptable is failing to mention it, offer a substitute, or correct the order before handing it off. I had already paid for items that were simply not included. Basic communication and customer service would go a long way here. If something is out of stock, let the customer know and offer an alternative. Don’t just send people home with incomplete orders and expect them to figure it out themselves. Really frustrating experience, and unfortunately not the first time at this location.
