They literally drag your container or wrapper through all the sauces and crumbles/tid bits leftover from things as they make them. Then when you let them know to please not do that (it’s going on my lap in the car to eat) they get attitude. This is the only Chipotle I try to avoid and we eat at Chipotle at least 2 times a week. It’s very VERY obvious that cleanliness is not a priority at all. Everyone is cool with it being the nastiest expo line I have ever seen. Will not be back.

The girl making them mixed up our orders and put the wrong toppings on both of them, she was throwing the toppings around and got toppings that we didn’t want in our burritos. They were going to put our burritos in the bag and both of them weren’t even wrapped up. There wasn’t anyone else in line so there wasn’t really a reason to rush the way they did.

I put in a mobile pick up (which ive never done) I went in and didn’t know if I was good to just grab my things so I told the lady at the register and asked if I was good to just grab my stuff, she just looked at me and nodded her head. I got a drink there was no cup on the shelf and I said what about the drink and she just nodded her head?? Not a single word spoken not even a slight smile? I get if you’re having a bad day but you can’t even say yes or no with the attitude?
