  Should not be open so late. The lentils are literally like chewing rocks, drink station is broke down by 10 and most of the front line is usually put away, too. Just close earlier so the employees don't hate us for coming in an hour before close.

  Staff and food are amazing! I believe a manager was serving me, her name was Cam, and you can’t get service better than that :) Hit this place up for real

  Seems it should be easy to get this right. Rice and falafal were undercooked. Bowl was lacking it's usual color as many products were unavailable. Too bad, because again, this all seems preventable and easy to get right given the chain.

  Picked up an online order from the pickup window. Food was good. Customer service was horrible. Realized after driving away that they had forgotten to include the utensils that we requested as well as the drinks that came with our kids’ meals. Drove back but was treated as if we were inconveniencing them. The lady at the window looked annoyed and didn’t have one thing to say but “Did you request utensils when you placed the order?” Yes, yes we did, just as we had requested and paid for the drinks. No “sorry for the inconvenience” or “our mistake.” Not even a “thank you,” “goodbye,” or “have a nice day.” Just a poor attitude and unprofessional service.

  Love Cava. But today's experience was not good at all. Out of several things, and the black lentils and saffron rice looked awful and very little of it. Staff didnt seem to care that they were still open at 6:30 and customers would want dinner, they said they were busy today, but it seemed to me that making more food and restocking food was not their priority for dinner. So bad. I left with no food due to these issues. Disappointed to say the least! Update: went back the following Saturday and it was the exact same situation. The Oleander location needs much improvement.
