  They had a sign on the door saying “free pita chips if you give us a five star review”. Was so ready to get those free pita chips but sadly they were out of over half the ingredients😐what’s the point of paying $15 for chicken, rice, and lettuce

  I come here 3-4 times a week and almost everytime I come here they are out of something important such as a popular sauce or avocado or even as simple as there is hardly ever even ice in the soda machine! It doesn’t matter what location you go to your food is going to be cold, over priced. It’s a bunch of disgruntled college kids working at these places who hate their job and it shows in the quality of food and up keep of restaurant they can’t even keep the ice machine filled up or the hand sanitizer full.

  I love cava but I strongly dislike this location cava. The place is so dirty and they are out of half of the ingredients to make bowls or pita. You’re better off going to a different location.

  Great food, but they make ordering (online or in store) difficult. You have to have an account to order ahead online. No call ins, and the drive thru isnt a drive thru, its a pickup window. So if you have to go inside, you have to pull up the menu on your phone anyway, because no one could possibly read the menu until after they take your order. Simple things made hard, for no reason. I will only briefly mention the service, as the mad-at-life, I-hate-my-job employee is becoming the norm. Food is outstanding, so I will keep going back, but far less frequently than if they could provide a better customer experience.
