  My wife and I used to go to Carrabbas a few times a year before we moved. Since moving we just don't get near one most of the time. Today we decided to make a trip to Wilmington NC and get lunch . I had read reviews and had noticed the reviews were good and a bunch mentioned the servers being very good. I wanted to mention our server , Melissa R . She explained the menu to us and visited our table frequently to refill drinks and make sure we were satisfied. My wife had the Mezzaluna and I had the Pollo Rosa Maria. Both meals were very good . Everything was fresh . Thank you again Melissa for making our meal that much more enjoyable.

  Waitress either was new or had a memory loss. Forgot to bring our drinks ,finally came. Ordered mushrooms , I ask for Bread , she said oh yeah , I’ll be right back. That turned into 15 min. Then I finally stopped her and said we are ready to order. Ordered and then we had to ask for more bread and more coffee refills . I think she needs more training .The food was good . I’m sorry that I had to complain but our food is something we have always enjoyed there. But the salad had old lettuce In 2 of our salads . I’m sorry I just have higher expectations for the food at Carrabbas 💕Don’t know the waitress name but we were there around 12:30 I had lobster raviolis and others had grilled chicken and pasta shrimp& scollops.

  This was my first time dining here ever, we have always wanted to come because of the high review rating on google and just never had the time to drive the hour to and from Wilmington! Our server was Conner and he was so welcoming and kind. He explained the menu thoroughly and had a ton of knowledge about individual menu items that we weren't sure about. He explained certain tastes and textures well and checked multiple times on us before, during, and after the delivery of each item. We felt very cared for and more than satisfied with our menu choices thanks to the insight and advice. Conner was great! Definitely a by request worthy server and did an amazing job making us feel special! It was a wonderful first impression!

  Horrible. The restaurant was vacant of customers, however we were pretty much ignored. My husband went to the bartender, maitre d for napkins. They gave us cocktail napkins. They delivered his salad and he said he needed some utensils. 5 or 10 minutes later I had to go back again and ask for utensils for my husband so he could eat his salad. I could not believe as empty as the building was they had such difficulty waiting on us. I highly recommend that you train your employees to get off their phones and serve their customers. Service was not available and the food was extremely salty. Will never eat there again and would not recommend it.

  I was really looking forward to my dinner after a long day but I was extremely disappointed to say the least! I ordered Chicken parm and a sweet tea. When the food arrived it was not even luke warm. I had to reheat the chicken, pasta, soup and even the bread. Once I finally tasted the food it was extremely bland! But my biggest complaint was with my sweet tea i payed $3 plus tax. It arrived in a child sized cup. I am a baker and I have kitchen scales so out of curiosity I weighed the tea. Cup and drink including the ice only weight 8 ounces. I ended up having to fix myself another drink and spent quite a while heating up all of my food. I should have saved my money and cooked here at home myself. I was very disappointed ! When Carrabba’s first opened their food and service were phenomenal but now it is a waste of money!!! FYI-I had food delivered and I watched the whole process on line from my order being received to delivery and there were no delays. I actually paid more to get it quicker so there is no reason my food should have been cold.
