I waited for 20 minutes trying to be patient before I finally went in to check on my order. I was told it was given to a different customer and was now after breakfast time hours. A elderly woman came in behind me with the same problem and was told her order was also given to the wrong customer. We were very disappointed.

Bo rounds that was soggy an old charged 2.89 an then my husband ordered a Cajun chicken caroliba crunch charged 4.39 plus 1.60 for charged for the chicken. Then whatever my child ordered came out 6o 22.31 an after waiting 15 minutes for our food then they got my husband's wrong an had to wait almost another 20 minutes. Absolutely ridiculous. Explains there 2.9 rating. This needs to change. No restraunt should be this low of a rating an not making Absolutely any changes. Charging 23 dollars an poor service not quick an food was gross. They just didn't care. An took there time. So my husband asked for a refund after waiting 30 plus minutes all together. We also had warn the customers behind us as we were getting our refund beware of the lack of concern here an they will make you wait. Explained to them how they got the order wrong after waiting 15 min just all together having wait 30 more. So thankfully they left an thanked us. Either get better caring employees, that has good customer service experience an Jesus make sure the food is good not burnt an dry an old.

I think today got me riled up, the chicken breading was wet mush, not crispy fried chicken. I had to strip the skin off. The funny part is the front door handle is missing, you have to grab the door from the sides to open it. Thats a hoot. I keep going back though, like a battered wife. I wanted to say something nice as well. They do have a great mix for Mt Dew.
