  Stood at the counter for 25 minutes this morning with nobody in front of me before my one biscuit order was even taken. I counted 12 vehicles place their order over intercom and get served via drive though during this wait. Place is infested with flies and bathroom is disgusting.

  This restaurant is so unprofessional so disgusting so rude. I went in this morning to get my daughters some breakfast. I come in at 9 o’clock and they’re gonna tell me they have no biscuits but first off made me stand in the line for 15 minutes and didn’t even acknowledge me just for them to then come out and tell me they had no biscuits and could not serve us then I’m asking for the manager to ask her for corporate # and She wants to run to the back in the office saying that she ain’t dealing with this today I’m glad this is how we run a establishment. “Picture is of the quote on quote manager on duty at the time”

  Got refused service after ordering through the drive thru by an employee at the window whom said the grill was closed. Didn’t close for a whole hour but was on a Saturday night so employees didn’t want to be at work. Obviously terrible management!

  HIRE MORE CREW!! Went inside to order, there was already a line of people, no one taking orders at the register. Crew was totally occupied with filling drive-thru orders. Management cares about nothing except drive-thru times and treats us walk-in customers like second-class citizens. Even door dash walk-ins got helped before us. I waited 20 minutes before finally an employere had a free moment to take my order. (once i did order I got my food very prompt, thank you). Why even bother opening the dining room then, just be a drive-thru only restaurant. Or hire more crew so there can actually be someone working the register. It's 9 A.M. on a Sunday morning you know this is gonna be a busy time with high traffic volume make sure your store is staffed to handle it. CREW: YOU'RE ALL DOING A GREAT JOB IN A DIFFICULT SITUATION MANAGEMENT: After 2 horrible experiences like this, I will be getting my biscuits elsewhere. Your stinginess has lost you a customer
