- KMKirk MagillSep 25, 20261.0What a Complete Shit Show - Seeing the reviews ahead of mine - looks like its a typical day here! This was easily one of the strangest and most uncomfortable fast-food experiences I’ve ever had. There were five of us stopping here while visiting my mom in the hospital, and from the minute we walked in, the place felt completely unmanaged. My nephew ordered a 3-piece meal and got 2 pieces. I ordered a Bo-Bite meal and had to point out that it came with a biscuit. When I showed the employee the sign, her response was, “That ain’t my sign.” That pretty much summed up the attitude. The staff came across as confrontational and unapproachable enough that asking them to correct an order actually felt uncomfortable and, frankly, a little scary. My fries and chicken bites were cold. My brother and his wife waited about 15 minutes for their food. The public soda dispenser was out of order, there wasn’t a clean table in the dining room, and the bathroom doors had code locks on them. While we waited, a man was spread out across several tables, vaping inside the restaurant and partially blocking customers coming and going. Another man came in from outside, started making comments toward us, was given a drink, and then went back outside to the corner where he had a pile of bags and belongings. The whole place felt chaotic, dirty, uncomfortable, and completely out of control. Nobody working there seemed especially concerned about any of it. If I owned or managed this location, I would be auditing just about every aspect of the operation — food quality, cleanliness, order accuracy, customer service, equipment, staffing, and what is being allowed to happen in the dining room. We should have walked right back out the door.

I asked for a complete order of Bo-Bites after receiving a partial order, and they looked at me like I was crazy for asking for what I paid for. The cook was mad she had to make the whole order. Then received my order and could tell the food was stale and cold from earlier in the day. Obvious they tried to sneak me an incomplete order because it was what they had on hand. Get it together yall!! I work next door, I’ve worked in food service most of my life. Please treat your neighbors well and with respect or at least serve the food (the entirety) that your customers pay for. No need to cop an attitude at any time with any customer for that matter.
