Their automated system completely messed our order up and we had to reorder at the window. And even then they messed up our order. I asked for a large tea and a medium bo round and they gave me a regular size tea. We ordered extra chicken biscuit and never received it. When we went in to let them know and fix it the said we would have to pay for it AGAIN. Why would we pay again and for their mistake? How did you not get the order right when you were right there. Customer service is trash, the food was sub par. Spent money on food we never received or was not the correct size. I don’t know if this was a bad team or a bad day but it’s disappointing they basically stole from us and gave attitude about it.
