  We stopped in on a whim and ended up having one of the best customer service experiences we’ve had in a long time all because of Nolan. From the second we walked in he was warm, attentive, and genuinely happy to help. He took his time with us, made great recommendations, and never made us feel rushed. You could tell he actually cares about the people he’s serving, not just getting through the line. It’s rare to find someone who brings that kind of energy to their work. We’ll absolutely be back!

  We had a really great experience at Ben & Jerry’s thanks to Nolan. He was incredibly polite, considerate, and patient from the moment we walked in. What really stood out was how thoughtful he was while helping us choose a flavor for a child with allergies. Instead of rushing us, Nolan carefully walked us through the ingredients, and which options were safest, and took the time to answer every question with kindness and professionalism. his attention to detail made the whole experience feel special. Customer service like that is rare. Nolan’s patience, friendliness, and genuine care turned an ice cream trip into something memorable for our family. We’ll definitely be coming back!

  I've always loved Ben and Jerry's and my visit to the Wilmington location was nothing short of amazing. The workers were super kind and I had a very nice exchange with one of the workers Nolan who helped me pick out what is now my new favorite ice cream flavor ever (half baked). I have to say In this day and age of absurd prices even though its cheaper in store the experience itself really made it worth it

  Had such a great experience at Ben & Jerry’s! Anthony, the manager, was seriously awesome, super friendly, welcoming, and made the whole visit even better. You can tell he really cares about the customers and keeps the place running great. The workers were all really nice too and the whole place was super clean and well kept, which made the experience even better. I got a sundae and it was absolutely amazing! It was fresh, loaded with toppings, and made perfectly. Definitely one of the best experiences I’ve had at an ice cream shop. We’ll 100% be coming back!

  The pricing is bonkers. My son ordered a single scoop on a waffle cone while I was perusing the menu. $12! I can get a burger and fries for that much money. Or a couple of beers. I grumbled under my breath and the girls working smirked at each other as if they'd been hearing it all day. They asked if I'd like something too. 'No. Thanks. I'll just have a bite of his.' The ladies with kids sitting outside were also complaining about how much this ice cream trip cost. Boombalatti's is right across the street, cheaper and just as good. I'll get my B&J when it's on sale at the grocery store. Y'all cannot be serious. And spare me the AI generated response.
