  1st time visiting b&j. Service and ice cream were great. Disappointed that the smallest serving is two scoops which was close to $10. Why not have an one scoop option for like $5 or 6?

  First time eating ice cream at this establishment. To say the least very disappointed in the customer service provided by the MANAGER. He was rude when our group entered the door. Continued to have an attitude when asking what we would like then told us we needed to move down when I was still trying to figure out what my children wanted. At the register the total came out to $30 for only 3 small ice creams! When I questioned it he yet again had the same rude attitude. This place is EXTREMELY over priced with major attitude problems. Would not recommend this place at all.

  My first time ever going into a Ben & Jerry’s. The young lady behind the counter was friendly & patient. When dining with a two year old that is appreciated. Offered samples & informed me of the deals that would be most conducive to our experience. Thank you for giving us a great memory.

  I have been meaning to write this detailed review for a while now. I am a local business owner and my family and I visit this Ben & Jerry's quite frequently since it opened. I am only giving this location five stars because of a young woman named Gabrielle. She is the epitome of grace with a beautiful spirit. I have always seen her as a very hardworking and responsible young woman. She has served my family and friends on numerous occasions even as recently as July 22, 2026 with the most outstanding customer service that I have ever seen. She gives direct eye contact with a sincere smile and takes the ice cream orders with care and genuine intentions and interest. I have seen her serve ice cream as well as make waffle cones, clean the store by wiping tables and sweeping the floor, cleaning the bathroom which seems to be filthy most of the time when she is not there. And I have never seen her complain about any job that she is assigned. I don't see her as much as my family and friends would like but when she is there she is not begging for reviews or giving away free product for reviews. She follows the rules and actually rings up orders which is what any respectful business owner and corporation desires... honest and sincere employees. I am opening up another business in the next few months and she will be someone that I will approach with an offer (she is not aware of this). She is the type of employee that leads by example and treats all customers with the same care and respect. I have seen other employees talking to each other about their personal lives even when there is a line of customers. My family and I have even witnessed what appeared to be two employees that may be dating have an argument. A young man with an afro that does not wear a B&J's cap and a young woman with glasses and braids weeks ago. This was not the first time we have witnessed this. I was put off by their behavior. I believe the young man is a Supervisor and he is not the only person in his ranking that is immature and incompetent. There are others that I see hanging out in the back of the store when they should be serving customers. They also give away free ice cream because they think it's okay because of their titles in hopes of getting top reviews. It's not good business and many customers notice it. My review is meant to be an honest opinion and to give Gabrielle the praise that she deserves. She is a classy young lady with an extremely bright future and she should be recognized for her excellent business skills and outstanding customer service!! I will continue to watch her and comment on other things that are not professional at this location because in many ways it is poorly managed.
