(2 biscuits short) Went back for breakfast biscuits this morning and made a purchase through the Drive-Thru. When I arrived at the window to pick up my order - I advised the Drive-Thru attendant that we were shorted 2 biscuits yesterday. She rudely advised that "because I did not call" that there is nothing she can do about it now. Where exactly is this "policy" posted ? I have NEVER been treated this way at any restaurant. Mistakes happen so we were not mad but we did expect for this business to "make it right". They did not even try. Won't shop here again. In this economy it is just not worth not getting what you paid for.
