  Visited this BoJangles on Sunday 5/17 around 3 PM. Purchased 2 Kids Supreme Meals. When we got home BOTH meals were shorted a biscuit. (2 biscuits short) Went back for breakfast biscuits this morning and made a purchase through the Drive-Thru. When I arrived at the window to pick up my order - I advised the Drive-Thru attendant that we were shorted 2 biscuits yesterday. She rudely advised that "because I did not call" that there is nothing she can do about it now. Where exactly is this "policy" posted ? I have NEVER been treated this way at any restaurant. Mistakes happen so we were not mad but we did expect for this business to "make it right". They did not even try. Won't shop here again. In this economy it is just not worth not getting what you paid for.

  La atención al cliente es muy deficiente. La cajera tomaba algunas órdenes y luego se retiraba, regresando con una actitud de desinterés y poca disposición para trabajar. En un momento nos dijo que ella trabajaba hasta las 12, cuando apenas eran las 11:45 a.m., y que nos atendería después; se fue y luego regresó para finalmente atendernos. Aun así, después de esperar más de 30 minutos, mostró molestia cuando le pedimos que nos tomara la orden. Incluso, cuando vino a atendernos, nos regañó por estar tocando la mesa para llamar su atención. Para empeorar la situación, cuando por fin nos atendió, le entregó a mi amigo un pedido incorrecto. Este tipo de servicio deja mucho que desear; sería importante que el establecimiento contrate personal capacitado y con verdadera vocación de servicio. ¿Cómo es posible que uno pague para que lo traten mal? No recomiendo venir a esta sucursal de Booyango; es mejor ir a otra.

  I went in at bojangles waited almost 20 mins befor someone even come to tke my order and that was only after someone that was jst giving their order was pushed in front of me and another customer to order more. Then it was another 15 befor I got my food wasnt giving a bag for the food or cup holder for the drinks when I ordered to go. The food wasnt that great it was jst an all out bad experience.

  Please for the love of God, get rid of those AI speaker things. More importantly, please stop trying to pass off chicken that's quickly been dipped in oil after sitting for a while as chicken that's freshly cooked. When the chicken feels like leather and tastes like chalk, it's obviously been sitting a while.
